Other points of note

We will use the Grims Dyke Hotel in two main scenes within our music video. The first main scene using the Grims Dyke hotel will be the performance part of the video, whereby the main actor will being singing whilst playing the piano. The second scene within the video will be the bedroom scene whereby the main actor is with her boyfriend.

The props needed whilst in this performance scene will be the grand piano and the use of candle lighting.

We will have to make sure the main actor knows the lyrics to the song well enough to perform them. During the bedroom scene we may decide to create a slow motion effect, as this will enhance the two actors being together.

The lighting used during the performance, will be candle lights. These need to be positioned carefully so that the main actor can be seen throughout her performance. Also she will walk into the set with a candle in her hands.

The use of colour will be essential. The main actor will be wearing a dress and the colour of this dress will be the main colour of what she wears throughout the rest of the video.

Throughout both scenes the audience will have to feel the set. This will be hard to do, however if the right actors are picked then this can be possible if the chemistry is already there.

We are planning on using the oxford street as it is a very busy place and this will and a new dimension to the film. The use of oxford street will be mainly throughout the chorus using the performance as a backup shot when needed. Also we will use the busy setting to create a dizzy effect for both the audience and the main actor.

The Christmas lights which are put up throughout London will help the natural lighting which we will need to rely on throughout shooting in this part of the music video. Also throughout shooting these scenes when the main actor is by herself we may, depending on if it is possible, make her hold onto a candle as this can bring stillness to the song.

We may decide to use a blur special effect as this can create emotions for both the audience and the actor.

Throughout this part of the music video we will be using natural lighting however the use of the Christmas light up in London will help give a magical effect to the song.

The colour of the clothing of the main two actors is to be the same as the colour of the main actors dress whilst performing.

Make sure that people are aware we are shooting and if they would like to help us, with our music video.

Other points of note

This set will be used to portray the two main actors together. They are enjoying a nice meal and then suddenly they are being chased by police officers and the male gets arrested, after the female actor runs off whilst crying because she is not with her partner.

Throughout this scene we are going to have to use real police officers and also all the props in which they will need to arrest the male.

Again we will use slow motion where needed and we may use a blur effect when one of the actors hits the floor, this will a handheld camera shot and we will have to be careful that we not hurt anyone or break any equipment.

We can use the lights of the restaurant and also maybe an extra light either on top of the camera or held by a separate person.

Again both actors will be wearing the same colours as before, although they may have change their cloths as this could represent another day.

We will have to be careful that the restaurant is happy with us filming outside their restaurant and also that people are aware of what is going on and that no one is actually getting arrested.
