The two models APH 5020 and APH 6020 operate according to the proven concept of a fully-hydrostatic system: a hydraulic pump drives the eccentric shaft and controls steering through adjustments to the centrifugal weights. The machines are particularly agile, handle well and are easy to use, even on problematic areas in confined areas or on difficult material.

Operational weights ranging from 367 kg to 825 kg and working widths from 45 to 95 cm make the high-performance compactors APH 5030, 6530, 100-20, 110-95 the most powerful in their class.

The unique triple-shaft exciter system.

The APH 1000 TC steerable vibra-tory plate is powerful and very compact thanks to its high- performance diesel engine. It achieves excellent compaction results even in very deep trenches and impassable areas.

The Rammax 1585 is the latest development of the existing skid steer controlled trench rollers. So, today, this machine sets the benchmark regarding compaction results and maneuverability in smallest work space. Large reductions have also been made concerning the noise emissions by using a completely new design of the exhaust system. These enormous noise reductions guarantee a comfortable use for the operator today.

New to the trench roller range is the Rammax 1575 with both articulation and oscillation. It sets new standards regarding noise emissions and most of all fuel consumption. With the oscillation function the machine adapts to the surface and therefore allows optimised compaction results and stable running.

The lightest platform from 1,4 to 1,6 tonnes operating weight and working widths from 82 to 100 cm offers 3 models for small job sites of asphalt or gravel layer compaction.

Specific focus for the most common size of small tandem rollers was assured having a seperate platform for the ARX23 and ARX26 (weight class 2,3 - 2,6t, working widths 100 and 120 cm). This results in the best Quality - Performance - Cost ratio on the market.

Combination Version

The ARX-rollers are also available as combination rollers ARX16 K, 23K, 26K, 40K and 45K. The combination model has an in-built antiadhesive tank with direct pressurised sprinkler system to the tyres. The control of the antiadhesive sprinklers is operated by a separate hand switch. The standard interval-sprinkler switch allows optimum water-supply on every asphalt-job.

Light rigid frame Tandem Rollers ARP

The roller of this class is ideal for small and medium size asphalt job sites where the pivot-steering guaranties an excellent manoeuvrability and flexibility for different applications.

The ARP 35 Roller is a tandem vibratory-type roller with rigid frame and two smooth steel drums. Both drums are hydrostatic driven and vibrating. The concept of the frame allows compacting close to walls and elevated curbs on both sides of the machine. Convenient for work within constrained areas due to its compact dimensions and small turning radius. Operator’s position provides perfect control of both edges of the drums.

Pivot steered tandem rollers of AV line are proved, high effective machines, with high level of ergonomic and utilization value.

The range of the AVH rollers consiting form 3 basic models AV 70-2, AV 85-2 and AV 95-2. All the machines are equipped by Cummins engines which fulfills legislative EU Stage IIIa/Tier 3 (EU Stage IIIb/Tier 4i on AV 70-2).

Rollers are equipped with electronic steering system Finger Tip Steering, comfortable working station and up to date drive functions. The machines has the split drums as the standard equipment and can be also equipped by pneu tyred axle (AV 70-2 only). Combine rollers unify the advantages of vibratory rollers and pneumatic tyre rollers.

Excellent visibility from the machine thanks to the absence of a solid dashboard, a 270° rotatable working station, and an “off contour” sliding work station provides the best all-around survey.

Environmentally conscious. The new EU Stage IIIB/Tier 4i engines provide environmentally conscious power.
