Cromacion P/Cromacion P
I coloranti Cromacion P sono coloranti reattivi particolarmente idonei per la stampa del cotone e di tutte le fibre cellulosiche naturali o rigenerate.
Cromacion P dyes are particularly suitable for textile printing on cotton and cellulosic natural or regenerated fibers.
Metodo di stampa standard utilizzato/Standard printing method
Henkgum G10 NC HW Oppure/Or Henkgum G3 NC HW Sol 8/12%
500-600 gr/Kg
Urea Tecnica/Technical Urea 50-100 gr/Kg
Carbonato di Potassio o Carbonato di sodio Potassium Carbonate or Sodium Carbonate 10-20 gr/Kg
In alternativa Bicarbonato di sodio in alternative Sodium Bicarbonate 15-30 gr/Kg
Morbifix 5-10 gr/Kg
Antiriducente NBS 10 gr/Kg
CROMACION P X gr/Kg
Acqua Depurata/Purified Water Q.B 1000 gr
N.B. Se si stampa viscosa raddoppiare la quantità di ureaIf you print on viscose, the amount of Urea in the recipe should be doubled.
Metodo applicativo/application methodStampare, asciugare a bassa temperatura (90-100°C), vaporizzare a 102°C per 8/12 min.Lavare con acqua fredda, calda, saponare a 90/100°C con 2g/l Henksoap ASR. Sciacquare. Print, dry at low temperature (90-100°C), steam at 102°C for 8/12 min. Wash with cold and warm water, soap at 90-100°C with 2gr/l Henksoap ASR, rinse.
