Kentain flexible PVC liners for tanks used in theplating process are prefabricated and shipped inone piece. Tanks should be structurally sound butdo not have to be liquid tight. There is no need tosandblast the tanks or remove old liners. The3/.'l2-in. (93 mil) (recommended if the liner will besubjected to physical abuse) and the 40-mil PVCliners have excellent resistance to plating solu­tions and superior resistance to strong oxidizingagents such as chromium acid. The 20-mil PVCliners are thin enough to allow heat transfer andtough enough to withstand chemical attack andphysical shock. They are made especially for elec­troless plating. The economical price makes themideal for disposable use.
