Paul is also certified in Story-based Transformation Process (STP) – an innovative methodology, based on neuroplasticity and on the principles inductive learning, that integrates the daily exchange of short stories in order to achieve rapid personal or organisational transformation.

Process Communication Model is one of the very few workshops where – due to the competence of the trainer – I had a breakthrough. Regarding the trainer that we had, it was not my first time taking part in a training held by Paul Olteanu. I have discovered Paul while searching for people that make a difference, that build something and inspire others. Paul surpassed himself. Coming back to PCM: Paul manages to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, while keeping everybody focused on the subject presented, and he’s dang good! Paul is like a Christmas present, authentic and fresh, open and ready to answer all questions, carefully addressing each need of his audience. The training I received has taken my communication skills to a new level! Few days after concluding the workshop I had a very difficult negotiation with a Secretary of State. Applying the PCM principles it was like having a magic wand: I managed to obtain the maximum from that negotiation, controlling the discussion and influencing with integrity. The results of PCM are powerful and the time spent with Paul has been invaluable.

Paul Olteanu has the surprising capacity and openness to see and understand where the blockages in communication are, to find solutions and to change people in the business environment. He helps both you as a manager and your organization to overcome obstacles and push things forward. I am happy to have had Paul with us in some very important projects for our company: the Process Communication Model experience, custom designed internal trainings and others. He managed to add value every time through razor sharp insights and well adapted proposals, through his energetic spirit and also through his creative approach. The Process Communication Model helped us get to a more complex and accurate understanding of our organization and team, better, more efficient communication and I would definitely say it helped us develop into a superior performing company.

I am among the lucky people who have had the chance to meet Paul. The way I met him made me aware that the important questions that I ask myself have nothing to do with age, personal or professional success. My questions were about the next step I want to make, the things I want to be remembered for and about the courage to change something. Paul was a catalyst for me going after these answers. I believe a lot of young people would become better human beings, making better choices and having better chances if they were to meet Paul. And like any person who has reached at least once a crossroad, they would find the resources to push through and take the right path.I discovered the magic of the Process Communication Model. Six months ago I had no idea that such a simple, yet amazingly powerful tool existed. After the PCM training I felt privileged to have learned something that empowers me to change my life and to improve the life of the people I hold dear. PCM is an exact science, logical and clear, yet still magical. My fascination with the Process Communication Model also comes from it’s domains of application. I feel and believe that it brings great value in any activity that requires communication: when you are talking with your own children or life partner, when you coach or mentor someone, when you are addressing a conflict, when you are negotiating, when you are trying to empower or motivate your team, when you are trying to win the hearts and minds of the people around you, or even when you are writing a banal email. How would you feel if you could truly understand the people around you just by hearing how and what they speak?
