Pro Architectura

Suitable for all areas of application –

the comprehensive PRO ARCHITECTURA system

of ceramic colours and formats is one of the most

diverse tile ranges available today.

It is just as easy to create colour harmonies and

contrasts as it is homogeneous areas that also

feature aesthetic and practical, high-quality trims.

All tiles and trims have a modular structure –

an important basis for design and planning.

Both the tile formats for walls and floors and

the practical SINUS trims programme can be

combined in joint patterns so that the joints

become an independent design element.

Tiles laid in a single colour pattern can be just

as attractive as a mix of formats and colours.

Barrier-free properties and slip resistance are

further criteria that recommend the range as

one of the most attractive solutions for modern

architecture.

The SINUS trims system

The unusually diverse SINUS trims programme

provides for particularly gentle transitions in all

areas. For inside and outside corners, angle

pieces, slopes or thresholds, the modularity of

all formats enables an exact and aesthetic

implementation of the planning ideas.

With the SINUS trims system, it is possible to

design barrier-free shower trays in all sizes and

layouts. Thanks to the low installation height of

the overall design, the system is also suitable for

use when renovating old buildings. Sinus can be

used for the aesthetic design of all other transi-

tions between floors and walls, as well as for the

inside and outside corners in wall areas, storage

areas and niches, and pre-wall installations.

This lends the room a more spacious look, with

no change of material to break up the floor area.

From a technical point of view, a homogeneous

layer structure is produced.

The shower trays can be produced in two variants:

with Z-shaped tiles leading into the shower tray,

at a height difference of 10 mm.

variant is chosen when the overall height needs

to be minimised - 10 mm does not represent a

barrier.

The system ensures optimum hygienic conditions.

Over time, the position of the elastic, closed joints

15 mm above the wet areas poses less stress on

these joints. This results in considerable cost

savings (cleaning and renewal) throughout the

service life.

The modularity of the system and its assignment

to the PRO ARCHITECTURA product and tile

system also offers lots of design possibilities.

Thanks to the 10 cm basic grid, it is also possible

to design sanitary rooms where space is particu-

larly tight, such as are found in old buildings in

particular, for maximum function.
