TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms:Net 30 Days. Open account subject to approved credit. Please provide us with three commercial references and one bank reference. First order is C.O.D. A charge of 1.5% interest per month will apply on all invoices over 30 days. We accept credit card payment using Amex, Visa, and Master card. Credit card charges will be applied at time of shipment.

Minimum Order Charge:For any order under $100, a charge of $10 will be applied to the invoice.

Order Add-Ons:In order to facilitate a quick turn around of your order, all Add-Ons after a 24 hour period of original order will be considered a new order and may be subject to a minimum order charge.

Solutions Plus Labels:All of our products are available with our house brand name of Optimal Chemical Inc.

Private Label:Most of our products are available under your own private label at no additional cost. Our art department can design full color labels and one color crack and peel label. Simply provide us with your company logo and product name.

Minimum Private Label

Full Pallet Configurations:36 x 5 gal pails45 x 4/1gal cases55 x 12/1qt cases$5.00 charge of pallet if not exchanged at time of delivery.

Return Policy:No merchandise will be accepted without prior permission of the management of OCI. If product is determined to be defective, then a full credit will be issued. If no, then a 20% re-stocking charge will be incurred.

Storage Charge:If any pick-up order is ready at our plant and is not picked up within 7 days, then a $5.00 per day charge will be incurred.

Samples:A sufficient quantity of product will be provided for evaluation at no charge under Optimal Chemical Chemical brand labeling. Larger quantities of samples will be billed at an agreed upon price. Private labeling for samples of items not already purchased will incur a $10 charge per product.

Product Literature & Secondary LabelsFull color product literature and secondary labels may be purchased at cost. Contact your sales representative for pricing and availability. We have Floor Care, Carpet Care, Marble Care booklets available for private label. Call for details and pricing.

Bulk Containers (Totes):Any item suitable for plastic packaging can be purchased in 275 gallon totes. This package will be $0.20 less per gallon than a 55 gallon price. A $250 deposit will be invoiced at time of shipment. This deposit will be refunded upon return of tote to our facility in a clean and usable condition.

Quart Packaging and Pricing:All quart case pricing listed in this price schedule is for Optimal Chemical Inc. branded labels. For private label packaging of quarts under 240 bottles per item an additional charge of $0.30 per bottle will be applied.
