    Selection Cylinder is to be processed for cleaning.

    Cylinder is to be polished to remove some scratch oncylinder.

    Different type of cylinder are used for different colors.

    Plating Cylinder is to be processed by sulfuric Acid for

    minimum 30 minutes.

    Cylinder is to be covered with light copper layer.

    Cylinder kept in machine for reduce the temperature.

    Polishing & Engraving Extra material is remove from the cylinder.

    Cylinder is to be processed for polishing.

    Information is received from the arts department thatwhat is to be printed on cylinder.

    Stylus diamond is used for engraving on the cylinder.

    Proofing After completing engraving cylinder is sent in proofing

    department.

    If there is printing mistake this can be removed in proofingdepartment.

    If there are other problem than this can be sent to the

    plating department.

    The final selection of proofing is made by ArtsDepartment.
