Before we dive in I have two things to share with you and the first is, what PROBLEMS am I going to be tackling in this video, and then I want you to make a promise to me before you go any further… … well here we go…

1. Our #1 and only metric is client results… we don’t have the longest case study page in our industry because we are handsome :-) it’s tracked, it’s measured, and we take our work very very seriously…

2. This is not a “pretend” consult that turns out to be a “sales call.” If we wanted to sell you on that we probably could, but we’ve found that do-ing so would be out of integrity. This is a legitimate use of your time as a business owner that you can count on to be a good “return on invest-ment,” whether it makes sense for you to become a client or not (and we don’t even offer that most of the times —but sometimes we do and if you are a fit then don’t be surprised if we offer it)…

3. Nothing will change if you don’t do something. People lazily sit on the “sidelines” doing the same old shit and then get frustrated when things don’t move forward. Don’t be that person.
