Account SignupSign up for your account at www.iwebfolio.com. The site gives you step-by-step instructions.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:Be sure to affiliate yourself with the University of Northern Colorado to receive the best pricing and to assure that you will be able to access UNC resources and templates. The code is “unco.” If you do not affiliate yourself with UNC when you set up your account, it cannot be corrected. If you need help with this please wait for training.

STEP 1

HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD HANDY. You will need a credit or debit card to pay for your account. Anyone can sign up for an iwebfolio account. The normal charge is $45 per year. The UNC program price is $35 for one year and $63 for two years with 500 MB of storage. On the first page, click on the “sign up now!” button.

STEP 2Enter “UNCO” as your institution code. This is very important. It provides you with the UNC price rate AND ensures that your materials will be associated with the UNCO program. You will have access to UNCO templates and materials not otherwise available.

If you fail to make this association with UNCO you will not have access to UNCO templates and materials and you will not receive the UNC discounted pricing. Nuventive will not readjust pricing after you have purchased your account.

STEP 3

Confirm institution code, and enter account information. You will need to come up with a username and a password. The username cannot be changed – so choose something appropriate and professional. Make sure to remember both your username and password. The most logical user name is your "first name.last name".

STEP 4Enter credit card information.

When you have finished and clicked to complete the transaction, you will receive a confirmation number. Write that number down for future reference.

I recommend that you exit your browser and reopen. It seems to work best this way. Log in and test your user name and password.
