Integrated Concurrent Operations drawing, presenting the location of the drilling rig and drilling equipment, lifting area, storage area, traffic routes, escape routes, living units, fences and blocks, Ameland kappen, utility connections, fire water supply etc., including combined hazardous area

6. System connections, presenting communication- and, alarm lines.

7. Activity work planning sheet to obtain insight in the hazardous activities.

Document management

Store the Concurrent Operations script in Livelink in the specific project environment. Revision management shall take place according to Livelink regulations.

Timely submission to Regulator

In principle a Concurrent Operations Script does not need to be submitted to the Regulator (State Supervision of Mines), unless it is combined with another document that

does require (timely!) submission, such as a Work Safety Plan (WVP) for Drilling.

For further details see Appendix 1 in Procedure Authorise and Submit HSE Cases (NL) [ref. 5].
