United Member Plans has been designed to provide members with access to quality free and discounted legal and tax services while also providing other valuable and convenient savings, travel & wellness benefits and services applicable to US consumers regardless of their age, economic status or culture.

Shopping & EntertainmentThis reward program offers discounts from thousands of local and national vendors in 15 categories. Offers are available on items that you regularly purchase and can save you more than the cost of your membership with only one use per month! You will also be eligible to receive monthly dining certificates with a value of $25 from Restaurant.com.

Automotive ServicesOur automotive services will give you the peace of mind that you will have a helping hand should you or anyone in your household have unexpected car issues. We offer 24 / 7 Roadside Assistance that includes towing, fuel delivery, tire change, lock out and other amenities to help ease breakdown burdens. This plan will also reimburse qualified members or their eligible family members up to $500 for the deductible amount if they file a covered claim on their automobile insurance policy and the dollar amount needed to repair the damage exceeds you or your eligible family member’s deductible. Giving extra financial protection should an accident occur.

Legal ServicesOur legal service provides a free will preparation, initial phone and face to face consultation, initial letters and phone calls made by an attorney on your behalf. After using your free initial consultation you will also qualify for discounts on other legal services such as reduced hourly rates and retainers.

Tax Services & Identity Theft ProtectionOur Tax service includes free tax preparation (on 1040EZ, 1040A, and 1040) as well as unlimited tax related advice along with additional discounts on most tax schedules and other tax return preparation services. Included in this plan are identity theft protection benefits.

Price Protection - Low Price Guarantee If you purchase an eligible item and see the same item advertised for a lower price within 60 days of purchase date in either a printed ad or non-auction internet ad, Price Protection will reimburse you the difference between the original purchase price of the item and the new lower advertised price up to $250 per claim.

Extended Service ProtectionDoubles the original manufacturer’s warranty term of an eligible product up to twelve (12) months and provides coverage similar to the original manufacturer’s warranty on eligible items you purchase while you are a member. The item must have a purchase price of less than $5,000 to be eligible for coverage. Coverage begins the day after the original manufacturer’s warranty expires.

Coverage is limited to the lesser of the actual repair or replacement cost or the cost of the item as recorded on the sales receipt. Coverage is excess of any valid warranty, insurance or indemnity benefit available to you. Exclusions and limitations apply. See Service Agreement terms and conditions for details. Automotive Services

Roadside Assistance Services Our toll free dispatch services 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We will dispatch a qualified network service provider to the location of your vehicle. Members are eligible for 3 paid services per year with a maximum benefit of $100 per service.

Roadside Assistance Service Includes:• Vehicle Towing Service: If your vehicle cannot be started or will not operate under its own power without causing damage,

your vehicle will be towed to your preferred destination. Maximum tow distance is 10 miles from the location of the vehicle. One tow per disablement permitted. (Additional accommodations or services may be arranged at your request and expense.)

• Flat Tire Service: If your tire becomes flat or disabled, resulting in the immobilization of your vehicle, we will coordinate the installation of your inflated spare. If you have no spare or if your spare is flat, no reimbursement is available for the cost of tire repair or the second service call to return the repaired tire to the disabled vehicle.

• Lockout Service: If you are locked out of your vehicle, the Plan will dispatch service by a professional locksmith or appropriate professional to open the car.

• Emergency Fuel Delivery Service: If you run out of fuel, we will deliver an emergency supply of gas, up to two gallons, to get your car back on the road. (Member pays only for the cost of the fuel delivered.)

• Battery Boost Services: If your vehicle won’t start due to loss of battery charge, minor emergency mechanical adjustments and battery boost will be attempted at the point of disablement.

Auto Deductible Reimbursement BenefitReimburses up to $500 of the member’s automobile insurance deductible.The Auto Deductible Reimbursement benefit provides reimbursement for the deductible amount of your or an eligible family member’s auto insurance policy in the event your or an eligible family member’s vehicle is involved in a covered accident and the dollar amount needed to repair the damage exceeds the deductible. This benefit will cover any vehicle* owned, rented or leased by the member or eligible family member. This benefit will only be provided when the member files a claim with his or her auto insurance company and the auto insurance company makes a payment that exceeds the auto insurance deductible amount.

* Excluded Vehicles: vehicles used for commercial purposes or hire; vehicles that are motor homes, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, rental vehicles, commercial vehicles, campers, trailers, ATVs, motorcycles or vehicles designed to seat more than eight (8) passengers.

Legal Services

Family Legal Plan BenefitsMembers have access to a nationwide network of plan attorneys that have contracted with Legal Club to provide free and discounted legal services. Upon contacting our member services department you will be referred to a plan attorney based on language, area of law and location.

Free Legal Services Include:• Initial phone consultation for each new legal matter (no time limit)

• Initial face-to-face consultation for each new legal matter (no time limit)

• Review of independent legal documents (6 page maximum per document, no limit to the number of new independent documents)

• Plan attorneys will prepare a free Simple Will for you and your family, as well as update the Will annually for free.

• A state specific, web based, free Living Will form is available to members. This form can be taken to a plan attorney and completed by the attorney for free

• Plan attorneys will help Members represent themselves in small claims court

• Assistance in solving problems with government programs, such as INS and welfare

• When deemed appropriate by your plan attorney, he or she will write initial letters on your behalf (one letter per legal matter, with no limit on the number of new legal matters). In many states, attorney liability may require plan attorneys to obtain a retainer from the member prior to providing some of the free member benefits

Tax Preparation & Advice ServicesThis comprehensive tax program provides members with free & discounted tax return preparation and unlimited toll-free tax related advice during normal business hours. Additionally, members will have access to deep discounts on the preparation of most tax schedules.

Identity TheftShould the unfortunate event of identity theft happen, you will have access to paralegals who will access the severity of your theft and provide you a customized, state specific “ID Recovery Kit”. They will assist you in contacting the appropriate banks, credit bureaus and other agencies, as well as place fraud alerts on your credit records. You will also receive help with notifying the appropriate authorities and receive daily credit monitoring for six months to help prevent future fraud.

Identity Theft InsuranceYou will receive up to $25,000 worth of identity theft insurance coverage underwritten by a nationally recognized Insurance Carrier with an “A” or better AM Best Rating. This coverage will help offset some of the cost of restoring your identity to it’s original status. Members will also have access to a discounted attorney network to help prosecute identity theft thieves.

Trip Cancellation BenefitReimburses up to $1,000 for unused, non-refundable cancellation or change fee imposed by a common carrier for trips cancelled prior to departure date due to a covered reason.

Trip Interruption BenefitReimburses up to $1,000 for a common carrier ticket home or to rejoin the trip for trips interrupted for a covered reason.
