No damage affecting habitability, cosmetic damages only

Less than 3" of water in an occupied or required room

Water that impacts the floor system (to include belly board, insulation, ductwork, subflooring) or a water line up to 12" within

the living area would equate to Major Damage.

Damage to an extent that repair is not feasible Water level higher than 12". To be otherwise designated as destroyed, the dwelling'srframe must be bent, twisted, or otherwise

compromised. The dwelling interior mustbe so compromised by contamination that

cleanup is infesasible.

Flood-Specific NotesS Water Depths only applicable to living areas (ie: No crawl spaces or uninhabited basements)S If standing water for more than 24 hours in living area, increase on level of damageS If contaminated water in living area, increase one level of damage and identify contaminantS As a rule of thumb, if water did not reach electrical outlets and flooring is sound, then this is minor or affected damage
