PRELIMINARY RESULTS Of the 2013 Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Jedini relevantni podaci Popisa stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova u BiH 2013. su zvanično objavljeni rezultati

relevant data of the 2013 Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Uvodne napomene U skladu s članom 37. Zakona o popisu stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova u Bosni i Hercegovini 2013. godine („Sl. glasnik BiH“, br. 10/12 i 18/13), Agencija za statistiku Bosne i Hercegovine i entitetski zavodi za statistiku objavljuju preliminarne rezultate Popisa stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova u Bosni i Hercegovini 2013. godine (dalje: Popis) u roku od 90 dana od završetka popisivanja.

Agencija za statistiku BiH, u skladu sa članom 19. tačka 6. Zakona o popisu stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova („Sl. glasnik BiH“, br. 10/12 i 18/13), objavljuje statističke rezultate Popisa na nivou Bosne i Hercegovine, entiteta, Brčko distrikta BiH, kantona i općina. Entitetski zavodi za statistiku će objaviti preliminarne statističke rezultate Popisa i na nižim nivoima teritorijalnih jedinica (naseljeno mjesto).

Preliminary notes

Pursuant to the Article 37 of the Low on Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2013. (Official Gazette 20/12 and 18/13), the BiH Agency for Statistics and entity statistical offices are obliged to release the preliminary result of the 2013 Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: the Census) within 90 days of the completed enumeration. The BiH Agency for Statistics pursuant to the Article 19, item 6 of the Law on Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in BiH 2013 (Official Gazette 20/12 and 18/13) releases the statistical results of the Census at BiH, entity, Brcko District, cantonal and municipal levels. The entity statistical offices shall release the preliminary results of the Census at the lower levels of territorial units (settlements).

Popis stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova u Bosni i Hercegovini 2013 – PRELIMINARNI REZULTATI

Preliminarni rezultati Popisa izrađuju se neposredno nakon završetka Popisa kako bi se zadovoljio interes stručne i šire javnosti za osnovnim rezultatima o broju stanovnika, domaćinstava i stanova, i predstavljaju okvirne podatke o broju i teritorijalnom rasporedu popisnih jedinica (osoba, domaćinstava i stanova). Oni su sadržajem ograničeni, a dobiveni su zbrajanjem prvih rezultata (na obrascu P3 ‐ Kontrolnik) na najnižoj prostornoj jedinici, tj. popisnom krugu. Rezultati na nivou popisnog kruga agregirani su zatim na višim prostornim jedinicama, tj. za naselja, gradove/općine, kantone, entitete, Brčko distrikt BiH i za BiH.

Preliminarni rezultati Popisa podložni su promjenama tokom statističke obrade podataka, a konačni rezultati Popisa biće publikovni sukcesivno, nakon završetka obrade podataka, i to u periodu od 1. 7. 2014. do 1. 7. 2016. godine.

Posebno naglašavamo, da ukupan broj popisanih osoba nije isto što i ukupan broj stalno nastanjenog stanovništva u Bosni i Hercegovini, a koji će biti objavljen u konačnim rezultatima Popisa.

U članu 7. Zakona o popisu stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova („Sl. glasnik BiH“, br. 10/12 i 18/13) jasno je navedeno koje osobe se uključuju, a koje ne uključuju u ukupno stanovništvo određene teritorijalne jedinice.

Preliminarni rezultati Popisa sadrže podatke o ukupnom broju popisanih osoba, ukupnom broju domaćinstava (bez kolektivnih) i ukupnom broju stanova (bez kolektivnih).

The preliminary results are usually prepared immediately after the completed Census and aimed at meeting the interests of professional and general public in basic data on the number of population, households and dwellings and represent framework data on a number and territorial distribution of enumeration units (persons, households and dwellings). They are limited in their content and were computed by summing up the first results (on the P‐3 form ‐ Control Book) at the lowest territorial unit that is, enumeration area (EA). Then, the results at the EA level were aggregated at the higher territorial units that is, at the level of settlements, towns/municipalities, cantons, entities, Brcko District and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The preliminary results are subject to changes during the statistical data processing. The final results of the Census shall be published successively after completed data processing that is, in the period from 1 July 2014 to 1 July 2016.

In particular, please note that the total number of enumerated persons does not refer to the total resident population of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The total number of population in Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be published with the final Census results.

The Article 7 of the Law on Census of Population, Households and Housing (Official Gazette 10/12 and 18/13) clearly defines the persons to be included in and/or excluded from the total population of a particular territorial unit.

The Census preliminary results shall contains data on the total number of enumerated persons, the total number of households (excluding collective) and the total number of dwellings (excluding collective).


Ukupno popisane osobe

Podatak o ukupno popisanim osobama obuhvata sve osobe za koje je popunjena Popisnica (obrazac P‐1).

S obzirom na to da se moglo desiti da je ista osoba u preliminarnim rezultatima prikazana dva puta, jednom u mjestu u kojem živi njeno domaćinstvo, a drugi put u mjestu u kome se školuje ili radi, ovaj duplicitet će biti eliminiran u konačnim rezultatima Popisa nakon obrade podataka.

Prema preliminarnim rezultatima Popisa u Bosni i Hercegovini popisano je ukupno 3.791.622 osobe, od toga: u Federaciji BiH popisano je 2.371.603 osobe; u Republici Srpskoj popisano je 1.326.991 osoba, i u Brčko distriktu BiH popisano je 93.028 osoba.

Total number of enumerated persons

Data on the total number of enumerated persons refers to all persons for whom the Personal Questionnaire (P‐1 form) was filled in.

Given the fact that it could has happened that the same person was included twice in the preliminary results that is, first in the settlement where his/her household lives and second in a place he/she works or studies, this double enumeration shall be eliminated in the Census final results after the completed data processing.

According to the preliminary results of the Census in Bosnia and Herzegovina the total number of enumerated persons is 3.791.622, out of which: in the Federation B&F 2.371.603 persons; in the Republika Srpska 1.326.991 persons, and in Brcko District B&H 93.028 persons.


Ukupan broj domaćinstva

Prema preliminarnim rezultatima Popisa stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova u 2013. godini u Bosni i Hercegovini popisano je 1.163.387 domaćinstava, od toga: u Federaciji BiH 721.199 domaćinstava; u Republici Srpskoj 414.847 domaćinstava i u Brčko distriktu BiH 27.341 domaćinstava.

Prosječno domaćinstvo u Bosni i Hercegovini ima 3,26 člana; u Federaciji BiH ima 3,29 člana; u Republici Srpskoj ima 3,20 člana, i u Brčko distriktu BiH ima 3,40 člana.

Ukupan broj stanova Prema preliminarnim rezultatima Popisa stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova u 2013. godini u Bosni i Hercegovini popisano je 1.617.308 stanova, od toga: u Federaciji BiH popisano je 991.384 stanova; u Republici Srpskoj 588.241 stanova i u Brčko distriktu BiH 37.683 stanova

Total number of households

According to the preliminary results of the 2013 Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in Bosnia and Herzegovina the total number of enumerated households is 1.163.387, out of which: in the Federation B&F 721.199 household; in the Republika Srpska 414.847 household, and in Brcko District B&H 27.341 household.

The average household in Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of 3,26 members; in the Federation B&H 3,29 members; in the Republika Srpska 3,20 members, and in Brcko District B&H 3,40 members. Total number of dwellings
