Swastik Offshore believes in fare remuneration and wages system. We take employees an own payroll
and follow the employee first attitude.

Guaranteed remuneration is set at a level which is aligned to expect operational performance.
Whenever our crew get
onboard, we start his wages just
after his immigration
formalities. After getting
onboard on assigned vessel we
also provide them attendance
timesheet so that they can count
their working days. Based on
signed copy of timesheet by
authorised signatory we pay our
crew wages as per their working
days.
