Sanction of Houses Against Target- Performance of States/UTs

North East States

• Manipur, Tripura, Sikkim, Assam are performing satisfactorily with respect to sanctioning of houses.

• Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, and Nagaland are required to speed up the process of sanctioning.

Union Territories

• Dadra and Nagar Haveli has picked up.

• Other UTs such as Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu are required to expedite the process of registration and sanctioning.

Other States

• Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat are the top performing states

• Performance of states such as Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Kerala, Bihar, Punjab, Goa has remained poor with regard to sanctioning of houses.
