The Pottery Merchant Promotional Program provides the scope and economy of container purchases with a minimum commitment of one offer. We source products from around the globe with your customers in mind. We strive to provide a variety of materials, shapes and colors that will create interest and sell well. We have already pre-ordered product to be ready for a great 2021 season.

This year we are taking precautions and have instituted protocols to keep our staff and you, our customers, safe. We will not be able to see you in person. Our “virtual” Promotional Show will have all the same elements as our in-house show. There will still be special pallet buys (ask your sales representative) and we will be offering 10% off the product that we have on hand during the show only. Our ordering process will still allow you to schedule your offers for when your specific seasonality dictates. If you would like help ordering or have any questions, please schedule an appointment with your sales representative or give our office a call. We are here to help!

T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S

IMPORTANT DATE

Ordered offers must be received (or scheduled for delivery) by June 1st, 2021. Any offers that have not been scheduled by June 1st, 2021 will be released to sell to interested customers unless specifically ordered with a later ship date.

LABELS

Products offered in our Promotional Offer Program will be labeled with our item number and barcode. If you need labels produced with additional information, there is a 3% charge for the labels to be sent with the offer(s). These labels will not be applied to the products but will be sent in a bright orange envelope attached to the offer.

PALLET FEE

There is a $5 charge per pallet delivered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-ordered product is subject to a $100.00 fee per offer if canceled by the customer (assuming product is available the month that was requested). No fees will apply to product that is canceled due to unavailability in the window requested.
