Dar Al-Hekma University (DAHU) is a non-pro�t private female educational organization of a higher education which located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It was founded in 1999. The university's Chairman is Dr. Zuhair H. Fayez and the president is Dr. Suhair Hassan Al Qurashi who is a member of the board of directors.

Dar Al-Hekma o�ers bachelor and master degrees under the Business and Law, Design and Architecture, Education and Applied Sciences. The university o�ers several clubs for the students to join in such as the toastmaster club for public speaking, the music club for those who are interested in musical instruments, the sport club for championships and many other clubs constantly added.The SAMS took place in the sport club to ease and manage di�erent processes that are done manually as are time consuming and waste of resources.

Problem Statement The sport club plays a signi�cant role in the university. Nevertheless, the sport runs and functions manually. There are papers used and oral con�rmations done. Captains are responsible to register the names of players, timing, and their chosen sport. All captains sit together to discuss their sport classes and come up with the schedule, print player agreement forms, take players attendance in each class. The supervisor should calculate attendance hours after receiv-ing the attendance sheet of a complete month. The club runs many events per semester. In each event, the sport committee search for spon-sors and the supervisor request volunteers.
