F-Spec Cluster Box UnitsBeing the primary freestanding, external delivery system for the U.S. Postal Service, the front loading, easy-to-use aluminum CBU’s (Cluster Box Units) will be in service for years to come. Constructed of stainless steel, aluminum, and corrosion resistant components, the CBU is approved for use throughout the U.S. in all weather conditions. Mail carriers gain easy access to mail compartments through the front-entry master door. All tenant doors are equipped with a five-pin USPS Approved cylinder cam lock. Each lock has a dust/rain shield and three keys provided. Along with the individual compartments is an additional weather protected receptacle for outgoing mail with a 103⁄4”W x 1”H slot. The F Spec CBU’s are designed to meet or exceed the latest USPS standards. These new standards were developed to increase the security of the CBU’s, providing safe personal mail delivery. Available in fours sizes. Sandstone is standard color; call for different color options, minimums apply.

4C High Security MailboxesConstructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel with stainless steel components, security and perfection are put first in these USPS approved 4C Horizontal mailboxes. With the flush surface design, concealed stainless steel hinges, and interlocking master loading doors, tampering and prying open doors is close to impossible. We are the only vendor with a double-wall door construction that is sold at the same price of a single-wall door construction. Double-wall door design features 2 times the material weight when compared to an aluminum 4C constructed box and increases pull test capacity on tenant doors. Closer tolerances of each box reduces the size of pry points. Units feature the new USPS Approved -1172 910A lock with 3 keys and a protective lock rim. Improved 3-point locking system for tenant compartments secure in four places including hinge side for the finest locking mechanism in the industry. Carrier access door provides easy access for Postal Carrier to release the master loading doors. Each unit comes with an outgoing mail slot and carrier access door. Outgoing mail slot features a sawtooth guard to prevent mail from being fished out. Larger units include tamper resistant parcel locker doors. 4C Standard Aluminum MailboxesPostal Products 4C Standard Mailboxes are constructed of heavy gauge aluminum with stainless components for maximum durability both indoor, and outdoor with a shelter. The corrosion and weather resistant anodized aluminum powder coat finish(*) will protect these units from the elements, while the riveted shelves and concealed hinges limit pry points, protecting from theft. These units meet all USPS requirements. All units come standard with tenant compartment doors, 3”H x 12”W x 15”D, with a USPS Approved 1172 lock and (3) keys. Units comply with USPS regulations that require (1) parcel door for every (10) tenant doors, either by integrated parcel doors, or stand alone parcel lockers that may be purchased separately. Each unit is equipped with a weather protected receptacle for outgoing mail, and is available with an optional rain drip shield at the top of the unit to protect against the elements (see website). There are currently (9) front load units in stock ready for quick delivery. Custom units available, call for details. Per the USPS, the 4C Standard Mailboxes are mandatory on all new construction and major renovation projects as of October, 2006.

1812 Mailbox Series (Curbside)The 1812 mailbox has a number of features that accompany its good looks and versatility. Single body construction for leak protection and UV inhibitors to keep color from fading give the 1812 series the edge over other comparable models. Systems integrate spacious mailboxes with a de-tailed roof and rust resistant door hinge. Each post is made out of molded plastic and has a direct burial system incorporated into the base for easy installation. The “Sunday size” newspaper holder, bracketing, scrolls, and address plates are all powder coated to increase longevity. Black stainless steel hardware is included. The 1812 series is by far the most maintenance free and versatile system available.

1092 Mailbox Series for Larger CapacityThe 1092 series begins with the traditional dome design with four columns as cornerstones. The prominent overhead archway creates a basis for the single body construction and extra large capacity of the mailbox. Constructed of cast poly, this unit is weather resistant, vandal resistant, and UV protected. Each system comes as a complete kit ready to assemble and install. Posts are steel reinforced poly and include a direct burial system. Each system comes with powder coated brackets and stainless steel hardware.
