POLITIKA BEZBEDNOSTI I ZDRAVLJA NA RADU Politika bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu ugrađena je u kulturu i vrednosti svih kompanija Unisol Grupe. Ključna načela bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu koja poštujemo i za koje se zalemo su: B e z b e d n o s n a k u l t u r a Zalemo se da svi naši zaposleni i poslovni partneri, u svom radu, kao imperative, imaju svest da je samo bezbedan način jedini ispravan način obavljanja posla. We achieve maximum work results through a responsible attitude toward our health. We respect our employees, contractors and visitors and provide them with a safe work place, informing and educating them at the same time in order to ensure that they understand their rights, obligations and responsibilities with the goal of reducing the risk from work injuries and occupational diseases. POLITIKA BEZBEDNOSTI I ZDRAVLJA NA RADU

Politika bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu ugrađena je u kulturu i

vrednosti svih kompanija Unisol Grupe. Ključna načela bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu koja poštujemo

i za koje se zalažemo su:

Bezbednosna kultura Zalažemo se da svi naši zaposleni i poslovni partneri, u svom

radu, kao imperative, imaju svest da je samo bezbedan način jedini ispravan način obavljanja posla.

O bezbednosti se ne pregovara

Nema kompromisa sa pravilima za bezbedan i zdrav rad, niti

izuzetaka od primene.

Lična odgovornost i poštovanje Prihvatamo odgovornost za sopstvenu bezbednost kao i

odgovornost za svoje zdravlje i radnu okolinu. Maksimalne radne rezultate postižemo kroz odgovoran odnos prema svom zdravlju.

Poštujemo naše zaposlene, izvođače radova i posetioce, obezbeđujemo im bezbedno mesto za rad, uz istovremeno informisanje i edukaciju, kako bismo osigurali da razumeju svoja prava, obaveze i odgovornosti, u cilju smanjenju rizika od povreda na radu i profesionalnih oboljenja.

Sistemski pristup u primeni načela za bezbedan i zdrav rad

Bezbednost zahteva uključivanje svih nivoa u hijerarhijskoj
