Available as an option to the Ricoh SR5120 Booklet Finisher, the Plockmatic SBT adds two key functions – booklet square folding and trimming. The result is a professionally finished document – with the sharp squarefold spine and trimmed front edge.

Operator Assisted Three-Side TrimmingNot everyone has access or the time to use a guillotine for short run jobs.

The Plockmatic SBT can also process booklets for bleed trimming book by book in an operator assisted process. Simply insert the finished booklets first to trim the top, and then a second time to trim the bottom. Full bleed booklets are now an option for small CRD’s and office installations.

The look of a Perfect Bound book The SBT is equipped with the heavy-duty SquareBack module you find in our larger Booklet Making Systems. This enables booklets made from a wide variety of paper stocks and sizes to have a perfectly formed spine. It also makes the booklets easier to stack.

The result is the look and feel of a Perfect Bound book - At a fraction of the cost.
