一、XPE介绍/Introduction for XPE

XPE又名AEPE，即化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料，是用低密度聚乙烯树脂加交联剂和发泡剂经过高温连续发泡而成，与EPE相

比，抗拉强度高，泡孔更细。XPE是汽车、空调保温的理想材料，近年在体育休闲用品市场上发展迅速，体操垫、摔跤垫等运动

垫如冲浪板、防潮垫、瑜伽垫等。在建筑上也有一定的用途。近来在汽车、包装行业应用广泛。

XPE产品具有优良的特性，发泡倍率高、密度低、厚度薄、表面光滑、高弹性、高韧性，易于二次加工。XPE产品被世界上

先进国家称为无公害产品，产品生产过程不造成环境污染，产品使用易于回收，焚烧时不造成严重大气污染，世界上先进国家要

求必须采用XPE或EPE、EPP作包装的产品才允许进口。

我公司从国外引进先进设备和技术，生产最大宽度超过两米的XPE产品，产品表面平整、厚度均匀、质量稳定，可满足各个
