    Planning fashion spread

    Product – I will be producing a fashion spread for a teenage lifestyle

    magazine

     Theme – the theme for my fashion spread will be winter themed

    It is the current law 9: law that that gi5es the creator;s< full control o5er

    the product that is classed as original that e=hibits a degree of labour$ skill

    or #udgement6 The creator can choose how the products is used by others

    whether dramatic$ literary$ artistic or musically6 People can take inspiration

    from the product but cannot take directly from it6

     This act protects people in the workplace and in wider society from being

    discriminated against6 The law is used for discrimination of gender$

    se=uality$ ethnicity and disability6

     This law makes it illegal to publish any content likely to depri5e or corrupt

    those likely to read$ hear or see it$ this could include content of e=treme

    se=ual acti5ity such as bestiality$ necrophilia$ rape or torture6Law of trespass1

     The law of trespass for land is designed to protect and indi5idual from

    unlawful interference by someone else on their land6 The law is that you

    cannot be on someone else8s land without their permission6 If the law is

    broken the owner must bring their claims to the ci5il courts6

     The aim of the act was to ensure a fair balance is struck between freedom

    of e=pression and the protection of reputation6 So you do still ha5e theright to free speech but if you talk about someone in a bad way and ruin

    their reputation they you can be taken to court6

     This would fall under the copyright law as it gi5es you full control o5er a

    products you ha5e created or contributed to such as making up the name

    of a brand or designing a look of a product6 It was brought in to stop

    people making a lot of money of other people8s ideas and if broken you

    can be taken to court6

     The law was brought in to protect people8s basic human rights$ and allow

    people to li5e free and digni"ed li5es6 The law stops anything like sla5ery

    happening$ if the law is broken then the case will be taken to the

    &uropean court of human rights6

    on a radio show has the same amount of songs featuring a black artist as

    a white one$ ha5ing the same amounts of black presenters and #usttreating them all e=actly the same6

    (isability1 ethical constraints for disability would be ha5ing disabled

    presenter$ treating them e=actly the same as abled body people and not

    saying or playing anything that would o%end disabled people6

    Se=uality1 ethical constraints for se=uality would be no saying anything

    homophobic on the radio or anything that people could "nd to be

    discriminating6 ?nd ha5ing show8s that are hosted by someone who is gay6

    ?ge1 ethical constraints for age would be not saying anything on the radiothat people could "nd to be discriminating someone about their age6 ?nd

    also ha5ing a shows that are hosted by older people6
