Keiner Plaza AreaOnce you are in the City Garden area (between 7th and 9th Streets), you will see more park space to the east, leading up to the Arch. This park area is known as “Keiner Plaza” and was, in fact, home to the Occupy St Louis movement until December 2011. Coincidentally, there are a ton of (expensive) steak restaurants in this area!
