The BriefUnited House required a completely new marketingstrategy and creative campaign to re-brand theirdevelopment of 129 studio, one and two bedroomapartments in Woking.

The IdeaWe created an identity for all the marketing material,including the brochure, website, advert templates, signageand marketing suite displays. A national advertisingcampaign was also actioned.

The ResultsUnited House reported excellent response rates to theadvertising and marketing campaign and as a result therehas been a good rate of visitors and a steady rate of salessince the re-launch in September. The development isnow over 70% sold.
