owned and operated restaurant and banquet hall brings its intimate

greeted with our stunning 28-foot-high entryway and magnificent Italian
marble. The unique rooftop Terrace is perfect for your ceremony, cocktail
hour or photos. Luxurious bathrooms and bridal suite, separate cocktail
room and grand ballroom with state-of-the-art lighting are just a few of the

Vendor PoliciesWedding ChecklistCongratulations on booking your wedding at Biagio’s & The Terrace!
Before your wedding date you should:
Upon Booking:❏ Create Payment Schedule with your booking manager❏ Don’t forget to discuss lighting packages & book your consultation!
6 months prior:❏ Pick up Direction Cards if needed for invitations
3 months prior:❏ Book your rehearsal dinner❏ If your wedding ceremony is with us, schedule your rehearsal❏ Arrange a cake tasting with one of our bakeries
1 month prior:❏ Email us your vendor insurances (photographer/videographer, DJ/band, floral designer, wedding planner, decorator, etc.)❏ Call us with your menu options❏ Choose linens and napkin colors
2 weeks prior:❏ Call us with your final headcount❏ Schedule your drop off for your wedding supplies
10 days prior:❏ Final payment due❏ Confirm arrival time and timeline for reception❏ Drop off your seating chart and master guest list❏ Drop off for all wedding supplies (cake servers, champagne flutes, guest book, unity candle, etc)
setUp & Vendor poLiCy• HOST may enter the building 1 hour prior to the event start time for setup and decorating• VENDORS may arrive 1 hour prior to the event start time for setup• NO ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED from any of the rooms for decorating• NO TAPE OR TACK on the walls are permitted and NO CONFETTI on the tables
parking & Loading / UnLoading• aLL Vendors mUst unload & promptly move their vehicles to the designated parking across the street at the Apostolic Church & be shuttled back.• For the terrace, please note the clearance of the parking garage is 7’ 4”• For the Terrace, aLL Vendors mUst Use the emergenCy stairweLL located in the parking garage TO LOAD & UNLOAD THEIR EQUIPMENT. aBsoLUteLy no eQUipment wiLL Be aLLowed throUgh the LoBBy or eLeVator.
set Up• All outside vendors must check with the Maitre D’ or Management when you arrive before setting up. Please work closely with the Maitre D’ concerning timing and breaks.• All vendors must be properly attired including jackets and neckties or tuxedos.• aBsoLUteLy no oiL-Based smoke or Fog maChine aLLowed! onLy water-Based For First danCe onLy!!!• Drinking of alcoholic beverages only permitted with the host’s approval• Designated smoking area is in the parking garage by the stairwell
LIABILITY• Anyone working at Biagio’s & The Terrace will have to provide us with a certificate of insurance. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.• Please do not lean any equipment against wall coverings. Any damage will result in cost to the vendor.• Biagio’s & The Terrace will not be held responsible for anything left behind.
annoUnCements• DJ must announce, “Welcome to The Terrace at Biagio’s”• Periodically throughout the day/evening, please make announcement that drinks are NOT allowed on the dance floor.
