Argus Safety is a comprehensive safety andpharmacovigilance platform designed toenable pharmaceutical, biotechnology, andmedical device companies, in addition toclinical research organizations (CROs) andacademic institutions (AROs) to focus on

    product safety and regulatory compliance.

With multi-tenant architecture, the softwareapplication is designed to virtually partitionits data and configuration so that each clientworks with a customized virtual privatedatabase.

Multi-tenancy enables a CRO/ARO to achievestandard configurations, such as code lists, workflow steps, and user/new client setup,

across clients or have different configurationsfor specific clients

CRO/AROs can quickly set up new clients basedon an existing configuration and authorize usersfor the new client.

Multi-tenancy allows a CRO/ARO to use a singledatabase for many clients, which reduces theamount of hardware needed for animplementation. Fewer patches and dictionaryupgrades are required, which decreases theresources necessary to support an implementation.

The multi-tenancy feature in Argus Safety allowsmultiple clients of a CRO/ARO to reside asseparate and unique tenants in a singledatabase with their data completelysegregated and restricted to authorized users.

Multi-tenancy refers to a principle in software

architecture where a single instance of asoftware application runs on a server, servingmultiple clients. These clients are referred toas tenants.

CRO/ARO users with greater access can viewtheir work across multiple clients, understandtheir sum of work across clients, and make betterdecisions.

Providing your services to multiple sponsors, while keeping theirdata isolated in the pharmacovigilance system, has never been easier!
