PDP tasks in the beginning of the year
1. Login to the PDP system2. Go to the goal setting part3. Check your information (subordinate, manager,
position etc.)4. Create 4 strategic goals (work plan goal)5. Create 1 development plan6. Fill in key milestone and key measurement7. Create Key Behavior (2+1)8. Submit form to your manager
NOTEYou can also fill in the system and do these steps or talk together with your manager!

How to do the Goal Setting?
Log in to the PDP system
You can use the web browser as the
following:
Internet Explorer
Google Chrome
Firefox
**The recommended operating system is Google Chrome
1) Click on the link you
receive by email and log in
with the user ID and
password mentioned in the
email. The Username and
password are case-sensitive,
so they must be typed
precisely.

There are 3 types of goal that you can
choose.

Example :
If you select “Goal
align with direct boss”
you will see the pop up
of your manager goal,
then you just choose
one which is the same
with your goal.

Recommend :
If you and manager are not the same goal, select
“Create new goal” and complete new one in the
box

goals, then you click
“SAVED”, the information will
shown on your page.

button to start 1 learning new
goals
6. Define your 1
development goal in
the box and then
click “SAVED”
All 5 goals will show
on your page.

8. Create a Key
Milestones by filling
in ”Strategic goal”,
”Key Milestones”,
”Weight”,. Then go
to Key Measurement
9. Create a ”Key
Measurement” by
define measurement
that you expect,
have to complete at
least 3 level (out of 5
level)
10. Click ”SAVE” when you finish all
