Mixing Instructions1. Bring Part B to boil.2. Add baked Custard Premix with ambient water, of

Part A, in a suitable mixing bowl.3. Slowly add Part A to Part B, stiring frequently, bring

combined mixture back to boil and continue stirring.4. Continue boiling while stirring until mixture thickens.5. Use as desired whilst hot, as Custard will set on

cooling.

Glazed Custard Tarts

Fill sweet tart cups and cover with fruit and glaze with hot apricot jam. Glaze 2 tablespoons of apricot jam, 1 tablespoon of boiling water. Brush the fruit with the jam mixture using a pastry brush.
