Perfect color matching
Mr. Hüsnü Tiryaki established Vira Ticaret ve Kimya Sanayi Limited Şirketi in 1991 in Istanbul. In 1997, Vira built its first factory with 1.000 m² covered area in Cerkezkoy Industrial Area and started its production of Mono and Tailor-Made Masterbatch. Hard work paid off and Vira took its place among the leading Masterbatch Manufacturers in Turkey.
In 2001, Vira established a new factory in Corlu and expanded its Mono Masterbatch production capacity. In 2005, Vira established a new factory in Cerkezkoy Industrial Area and shift its Tailor-made Masterbach production line to this new factory and move all mono Masterbatch Production lines to Corlu Factory.
Vira continued investing in its business and built its 3rd factory at the heart of Turkey’s Machine Made Carpet Industry, City of Gaziantep, and started servicing its major customers in this Industrial city.
Vira’s factories have a total of 24.200 m² covered area and 27.000 tons/year Masterbatch (Mono and Tailor-Made) production capacity. We are proud of having customer oriented high quality services before and after sales. We have a substantial color bank / archive in both Cerkezkoy and Gaziantep factories where we help and advice our customers to find their desired colors for their new project and / or color range.
About Viracolor
Corlu Factory With the aim of separating Mono and Tailor-Made Masterbatch productions, Vira built a new factory in Corlu European Free Zone Area in 2001 over 8.850 m² land with 8.200 m² covered area. By continuing investment in new machineries Vira reached 12.000 tons/year Mono Masterbatch production capacity in 2012. Vira produces masterbatches from primal raw materials according to international standards in terms of fastness and batch to batch consistency.
Cerkezkoy Factory Established in 1997 in Cerkezkoy Industrial Area with 1.000 m² covered area for production of Mono and Tailor-Made Masterbatches. In 2001 Mono Masterbatch production lines were moved to Corlu factory and Tailor-Made masterbatch production continued to be produced in Cerkezkoy factory. In 2005, Vira built a brand new factory in Cerkezkoy Industrial Area over 20.500 m² land with 7.500 m² covered area and moved its Tailor-Made Masterbatch to this new factory. Vira invest in new production machineries and increased it production capacity to 6.000 tons/year. In this factory we have, 900 m² allocated to color bank / achieve section containing over 30.000 ready color formulations.
Gaziantep Factory Vira’s third factory is located in Gaziantep city which is the heart of Turkey’s carpet industry. It is built in 2009 over 15.000 m² land and has 8.500 m² covered area.Gaziantep factory is serving our customers with a production capacity of 9.000 tons/year. Vira has, 1.030 m² area allocated to color bank/archive section containing over 30.000 ready color formulations.

R & D We have Quality Control and Research & Development Laboratories in our Cerkezkoy and Gaziantep factories. Our extensive color bank in both factories enables us to fulfil Masterbatch order of specially yarn manufacturer on urgent bases.
All produced mono and Tailor Made Masterbatches pass through quality control procedure such as color/shade control, Masterbatch granule size check and filtration test.

Mono Masterbatch
We are sourcing quality raw materials including fine pigments with high fastness and dispersability from well known manufacturers.
In our European Free Zone Factory in Corlu we are producing high quality Mono Masterbatch with our modern machineries with perfect batch to batch consistancy.
Mono Masterbatch is used by Carpet, BCF & CF yarn, Non Woven and Plastic (Cable, Injection moulding and film) manufacturers. MSDS, TDS and Reach conformity forms can be supplied upon request.
Tailor-Made Masterbatch
We produce high quality Tailor Made Masterbatches with batch to batch consistancy and perfect filteration test result in our Cerkezkoy factory.
Tailor Made Masterbatch is used by Carpet, BCF & CF yarn, Non Woven and Plastic (Cable, Injection moulding and film) manufacturers. MSDS, TDS and Reach conformity forms can be supplied upon request.
