South Bank, London
Peppermint have worked in partnership with Harvey
Goldsmith to provide all the bars, FOH and hospi-
tality for the risqué Parisian show on London’s
South Bank. 90 days from September to December,
2012. Peppermint provided highly skilled London
mixologists and waitress staff to serve the 450 PAX
x 2 show every evening of the run.
Peppermint conceptualised, designed and built the
bespoke bar environment seen in these pictures—
which was purpose built by 4 furniture builders
over a 2 month period.

Manchester Spinningfields
The only full-functioning 1950’s vintage pop up
bowling alley, complete with cocktail bar, live mu-
sic, DJ’s and special events.
Brought in to invigorative the local up and coming
Manchester Spinningfields Central Business District
Owned and operated by Peppermint and Pin Up Produc-
tion—this partnership designed built and delivered
one of the biggest talking points in Manchester in
2011.

A footfall driving pop-up bar for the brand
new Westfield Stratford shopping centre in
London. We worked alongside Westfield UK to
drive shopping traffic into their upper mall
near the ice rink.

Remenham Farm
Henley
Peppermint operated the largest site during the
Henley Royal Regatta 2012 offering a blend of public
bar services to in excess of 20,000 people,
corporate hospitality and catering services.
Peppermint also programmed themed events in partner-
ship with drinks brands such as Mount Gay Rum.

As part of the Royal Pavilion Ice Rink
A 200 person Regency influenced restaurant and
cocktail bar situated in the grounds of the
Grade 1 listed Royal Pavilion.

The Moose Bar
(Owned and Operated by Peppermint Events)
Canary Wharf, London
The now-famous log cabin bar situated in the heart
of London’s financial district as part of Canary
Wharf Ice Rink. It has been operating since 2008
and is now part of the Canary Wharf “furniture”
This is a project wholly owned and operated by Pep-
permint - from design to delivery. Peppermint
built the entire bar and environment from ground
up—including log wall cladding, bespoke bar and
seating areas.
