The program will run from Monday to Friday. The program is for
children aged 5-12
years only. Activity times are strictly 9.00am - 4.00pm. Please
be on time.*Payment is DUE before program commences, children will
need to be booked in and pre-paid to secure a spot on the holiday
program. (Max 40 per day)* As with previous holiday
programs the attendance on excursions is on a first come first
served basis. All extra
children will be placed on a waiting list and accommodated if at
all possible. Unless
otherwise stated, children should bring a cut lunch and a large
drink. Please pay
particular attention to the needs that are required for each
excursion and ensure they
are met with accordingly. It is COMPULSORY for all children
attending the holiday program to be members of the Bridgewater
PCYC; this is an additional $10.00 which covers the child until the
end of the year. All registrations are to be done prior to the
commencement of the holiday program.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
The code of behavior document allows us to refuse care for
children displaying
unacceptable behavior and to call parents in to take the child
home. Please ensure to
tell staff if your child/children require medication throughout
the day. A confidential
journal is kept at the club when medication is given, stating at
what time medication was
given and witnessed and co signed by another worker. Children
who display
unacceptable behavior will not be able to take part in
activities at the Centre. This is for
the safety and comfort of the staff and children. Appropriate
notification will be given to
parents. Enrolment forms with emergency contact numbers must be
filed in prior to the
child taking part in an activity. The Bridgewater Police &
Community Youth Club will not
be responsible for any personal items brought on the Holiday
Program. Children
bringing items do so at their own risk.

Wednesday 08/04/15- Easter Egg Hunt & Teddy Bear Picnic
Bring along a basket and have fun with your friends finding easter
eggs that Easter Bunny has left followed with a teddy bear picnic
at Richmond.
Cost: $20.00 Need: Teddy bear (optional), basket, packed lunch,
drink and a hat
Thursday 09/04/15- Zoo Doo Wildlife A great day out at a local
Wildlife Park having a look at all the different animals including
the lions.
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, hat
Friday 10/04/15-Pizza Hut HUNGRY?? Come and enjoy the all you
can eat buffet at Pizza Hut with your friends.
Cost: $20.00 Need: A hat and a drink
Monday 13/04/15- Tynwald Park
Bring along your bike or scooter and enjoy a day out with your
friends at Tynwald Park.
Cost: $20.00 Need: BBQ provided, packed lunch and drink, hat and
helmet
Tuesday 14/04/15- Golf 4 Kids
Golf 4 Kids at Barilla Putt & Play with special guest Ty
Ebdon; a qualified PGA golf profressional, to
teach you how to become a better golfer and win against your
family and friends.
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch, drink and a hat

Wednesday 15/04/15- Zone 3 A fun day with your friends playing
laser tag at Zone 3.
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, hat and spending
money for games downstairs ONLY if there is enough time!
Thursday 16/04/15- KOMBI KREW MYSTERY FUN BUS TOUR
A day on the PCYC buses touring around to different areas and
parks with KOMBI KREWS cool head
phones getting to listen to the amazing music mixed made by
KOMBI KREW.
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, BBQ provided, and a
hat
Friday 17/04/15- Movies A visit to the Eastlands cinemas to
watch the latest childrens movie.
Cost: $20.00 + an additional $7.00 if you would like to purchase
a combo Need: Packed lunch and drink along with a hat
(Please circle which combo you would like to purchase with their
choice of drink and flavour of ice-cream if they are in the combo
you are purchasing)

NOTE TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS Please note that after each activity,
if the weather is nice PCYC likes to take the children to a park so
we advise that each child is to bring a hat,
drink bottle and sunscreen please. (if a child doesnt have
sunscreen PCYC can provide this)
