Hi, I’m Patrick Tuttle, “The Real Estate Guy”. Creator of El Paso’s one and only “No Hassle

Years ago, before I moved to El Paso and got into real estate, I enlisted the service of an agent
to help me sell my home. After eight months of showings, an empty flyer box on our sign post,
and infrequent communication with our agent, the home finally sold.
Frustrated with the service that I had received, and the fees I paid for the service, I vowed never
to use an agent again.
But, in 2001, I was advised to get my real estate license and become a Realtor®.
Remembering the poor service I received as a seller, and the 17 years I spent in the retail
grocery business providing quality products at a fair price with great customer service, I felt
