Font Style – set of formatting features that can be applied to text to change its appearance.

Most common font styles:– Bold – Underline– Italic

To change the font style, click the buttons on the Formatting toolbar, or select the font style in the Font dialog box.

Font Size

Font Size – determined by measuring the height of characters in units called points.

To change font size, open the Format menu and choose Font, or use the Font Size box on the Formatting toolbar.

Font Color

To change the color of text, select the text. Open the Format menu and choose Font, then click the down arrow next to the Font color box. You can also click the arrow on the Font Color button on the Formatting toolbar. Choose a color from the palette.

Changing Underline Style and Color

To choose an underline style, click the down arrow on the Underline style box in the Font dialog box and select a style from the drop-down list.

To choose an underline color, click the down arrow on the Underline color box in the Font dialog box and select a color from the palette.
