Booking information

All children must be fully supervised byparents or guardians, who must ensure theirsafety throughout the party.

Parties can be booked up to one year inadvance. Provisional bookings will be heldfor two days. Payment must be made in fulland a 'hire of facilities' form completed toconfirm the booking. All bookings to bemade via the centre reception.

Cancellation policy: 100% of the party valuewill be refunded if the party is cancelled 4weeks or more from the date of the party.75% of the party value will be refunded ifthe party is cancelled between 2-4 weeksfrom the date of the party. 50% of the partyvalue will be refunded if the party iscancelled up to 2 weeks of the date of theparty.

All party bookings are subject to availability,we reserve the right to cancel any party ifthe facilities are required in an emergency or

as a result of circumstances beyond ourcontrol. We also reserve the right toreplace any part of the package with goodsor services of equivalent value at shortnotice if necessary.

The hirer shall ensure the accommodationand/or facilities are completely vacated andleft in a tidy and orderly condition at the endof the hiring.

All parties are self catering, food room willbe allocated on arrival.

Party bookings are for up to two hours,which is inclusive of set up, fun time (1 hourmaximum), food time and clearing away.Please call relevant centre for party bookingtimes.

Payment by cash or cheque (payable toMiddlesbrough Council). However somevenues will accept credit/debit cards, pleasecheck with individual venues.
