NUMBER OF GUESTS Grand Cinemas must be aware of an estimation of guests that is as accurate as possible. This ensures that your requests can be achieved and that your booking runs smoothly. Please notify Grand Cinemas Joondalup Management at least 24 hours prior to your booking of any changes to your estimate attendance numbers. PAYMENTS Payment can be made via cash, eftpos, credit or cheque directly to the Box Office. Payment for Party bookings must be made a minimum of 30 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the film. No guarantee will be made for tickets after this time. TICKET PRICING Party Pack: $25.00 per child. Child Movie Money: $100 for 10 child movie tickets. * Party Pack Includes Movie Ticket, Matinee Popcorn, Matinee Drink, Party Package Meal (Please see page 1 for selection) and use of the Party Room for 45 minutes before or after the movie. PARTY ROOM Food and drinks being provided at your party must be approved by Grand Cinemas, please talk to the Management team at Grand Cinemas Joondalup
for more information.
Products that are sold in our Candy Bar (Coca-Cola, Popcorn, Nestlé and Mars' Chocolate) must not be sold nor supplied to your guests. These items must be
purchased from our Candy Bar.
The Party Room must be pre booked to secure your time and date. The room is available for a maximum of 45 minutes either before or after the movie.
A $10 cleaning deposit is required for the use of the party room.
Grand Cinemas does not supply plates and or cutlery, this is the responsibility of the party host .
Sparklers can NOT be used at any time whilst in the complex.
In signing the Group Booking Form, you signify understanding and agreement to the documents Terms & Conditions.
