Metal Craft has manufactured dock systems for nearly 80 years! We are very proud of our history dating back to 1932 when two German fabricators started a small fabrication shop in Cleveland, Ohio. Since the beginning Metal Craft Docks has been considered one of the most well-built, durable boat piers on the market.

In the following pages, you will find the most common parts that occassionally require replacement throughout the lifetime of your dock system or lift. Our systems were engineered so well from the beginning that very few of our parts have changed; however, if you find a part on your dock or lift that you are unable to identify – Call us or take a picture of the part and email us at [email protected]. We’ll be more than happy to assist in selecting the correct replacement.

We encourage you to order through a local dealer whenever possible. Corner Half Braces include a swing arm and a

12"H Pipe Bracket. Corner Half Braces allow for

support pipe to be positioned at the end of the

dock (versus the X-Brace's side

position).Shipped with hardware. Does not

The non-standard base pad measures 18" x

18" square and consists of a 1.60" drilled pipe

extension. Best used in severe mud or boggy

bottoms. Note: The 18" Base Pads are extremely

difficult to remove from the lake bed. Includes

Stationary U-Hooks are used to connect deck

modules. For end-to-end connection on 3'W &

4'W, use two (2) U-Hooks. For end-to-end

connection on 5'W & 6'W, use three (3) U-Hooks.

For connections along the 10'L side, use (4) U-

Hooks. Stationary U-Hooks are also used to

Item: 6320-00 Shoreline Clamp

The Shoreline Clamp consists of the back piece,

the front piece that wraps the pipe and hardware.

The Shoreline Clamp enables the support pipe to

attach to the deck module. Shoreline Clamps are

used in the Auger Bit Kits and Shoreline Mounting

Kits. Pipe sold separately.

Splayed Legs widen the stance of the dock and

improve stability. Each leg increases the

effective width of the Base Pad by 1'. Must be

installed in pairs. Splayed Legs are primarily

used on 2'W docks manufactured in the 1960's

and 1970's. Includes hardware.

Galv. Steel Star Washer

The Galvanized Steel Star Washer is placed on

the "J" bolt so to "grip" the poly float securing the

float in place. One star washer is required per

"J" bolt for a total of 4 per float. Use in

conjunction with the lock nut, flat washers, and

"J" bolt.

"J" Mounting Bolts are used to attach poly floats

to the underside of the deck modules on Light

Weight Floating docks. The "J" portion of the bolt

wraps around the underside piece of the side rail

so that the flat wahsers, star washers and lock

nuts can secure the poly float to the deck side

rail.

DO NOT REMOVE OR CUT THIS TAPE. Four (4)

brackets are required per lift. Does not include
