What is AP? Why do it?

- Four-year colleges expect to see some AP classes on your transcript

- AP classes and tests are the best way for us to prepare you for the rigor of four-year college - because AP is tough!

- Several EJ alumni earned enough credits from AP to graduate college a year early

Selecting AP classes

• Success in a few classes is better than ‘just OK’ in many

• How to choose your AP courses:– What are your major talents and interests?

– What are those AP courses like?

– What equivalencies does your chosen college offer?
