A) Vertical Upper Top1. Remove 2 M4 screws from top of cover.2. Remove 2 M4 screws from rear of cover.3. Cover is lifted up and removed.

B) Vertical Upper Bottom1. Vertical Upper Top cover must be removed (Step A)2. Remove 2 M4 screws from either side of cover.3. Remove 2 M4 Screws from rear of cover.4. Remove Cam shaft assembly

i. Using Cap screw provided in holder location, screw into assembly.ii. Completely loosen Flat head screw from assembly.

iii.

Lift out Cam shaft assembly with Cap screw.5. Slide Rotation unit over so cover slot is able to pass thru Roller Platestand-offs.

6. Slide cover towards front.7. Replace Cam Shaft assembly.

i. Place Cam Shaft assembly into location using Cap screw.ii. Screw in M4 Flat head screw into assembly

iii. Remover Cap screw from assembly and screw into holder location.

C) Display Cover1. Remove 2 M4 Flat head screws from top of cover.2. Remove 2 M4 Flat head screws from bottom of cover.3. Pull cover outwards to remove.

D) Switch Cover1. Vertical Upper Top cover must be removed (Step A)2. Vertical Upper Bottom cover must be removed (Step B)3. Display cover must be removed (Step C)4. With Rotation unit in the Pan reset position remove 5 M3 Screws5. Tilting Rotational Servo upward, Rotate Rotational unit to the end Pan

position.

Remove M4 screw from top of cover.7. Pull Cover towards tube head end and remove.

E) Sensor Cover1. Display cover must be removed first (Step C)2. Remove 4 M4 Pan head screws from inside cover.3. Pull cover to inside of rotation unit to remove.

F) Outer Tube Head Cover1. Vertical Upper Top cover must be removed (Step A)2. Vertical Upper Bottom cover must be removed (Step B)3. Display cover must be removed (Step C)4. Switch cover must be removed (Step D)5. Remove Pan Pivot Cam Arm

i.

Remove Metal Switch Covera. Remove 2 M4 screws from upper sides of metal cover.b. Remove 2 M4 Screws and brackets from lower sides of

metal cover.c. Pull cover upwards to remove.

ii. Remove 2 M4 Cap screws from Pan Cam Arm.iii. Pull Pan Cam Arm out.

6. Remove 2 M4 Flat head screws from bottom of cover.7. Rotate Tube head counterclockwise.8. Remove 2 M3 flat head screws from top.9. Rotate Tube head clockwise.10.Remove 2 M3 flat head screws from top.11.Pull Cover outwards from rotational unit.

G)Inner Tube Head Cover1. Vertical Upper Top cover must be removed (Step A)2. Vertical Upper Bottom cover must be removed (Step B)3. Display cover must be removed (Step C)4. Switch cover must be removed (Step D)5. Outer Tube Head cover must be removed (Step F)6. Remove collimator selector handle.7.

Rotate Tube head counterclockwise.8. Remove 2 M3 Flat head screws from top of cover.

9. Rotate Tube head clockwise.10.Remove 2 M3 Flat head screws from top of cover.11.Remove 2 M4 Flat head screws from bottom of cover.12.Pull cover to inside of rotational unit and slide off of collimator selector.

H)Cable Tube Cover1. Remove 3 M4 Flat head screws.2. Pull cover downward to remove.

I) Drive Cover1. Vertical Upper Top cover must be removed (Step A)2. Vertical Upper Bottom cover must be removed (Step B)3. Display cover must be removed (Step C)4. Switch cover must be removed (Step D)5. Remove 2 M4 Screws and brackets from lower sides of metal cover.6. Remove 4 M4 Flat head screws from bottom of cover.7. Pull cover downward to remove

J) Vertical Mid Cover1. Remove 2 M4 screws from bottom rear of cover.2. Remove 2 M4 screws from top rear of cover, behind Ceph Arm3. Pull cover to inside of unit to remove.

K)Vertical Lower Cover1. Remove 2 M4 screws from rear of cover.2. Remove 2 M4 screws from bottom of vertical chin support assembly.3. Remove Lateral Laser Knob

i. Rotate knob until set screw is visible thru bottom cut out of metalbottom cover.

ii. Loosen set screw and remove knob4.

Pull cover towards front of machine and slightly bend until knob shaft iscleared.

L) Cephalostat Cover1. Remove 4 M4 Flat head screws from top of cover.2. Lift cover upwards.

M)Ceph Back Cover1. Remove 3 M4 Flat head screws from bottom of cover2. Remove 3 M4 Flat head screws from top of cover.3. Pull cover away from imager.

N) Ceph Front Cover1. Remove 3 M4 Flat head screws from bottom of cover bracket.2. Remove 3 M4 Flat head screws from top of cover bracket.3. Pull cover away from imager with cover brackets.
