The specia l composi t ion of th is mater ia l – consist ing of extremely th in layers of carbon f ibre bound together by a specia l polymer – g ives every indiv idual watch a unique, unrepeatable camouflage appearance , which is ref lected in the design of the d ia l made of carbon, wi th the date window at 3 o’c lock and the smal l seconds hand at 9 o’c lock.

The unid i rect ional rotat ing bezel enables the t imes of immersion to be calculated with confidence , whi le leg ib i l i ty in the dark – another fundamenta l requi rement of every profess ional d iv ing watch – is ensured by the generous coat ing of grey Super-LumiNova® appl ied to the markers and the large skeleton hands. The black rubber strap f i t ted to the watch is a lso very tough and perfect for d iv ing.

Safe ly protected by the sol id carbotech case is the beat ing heart of the watch: the P.9010 cal ibre with a power reserve of three days , ent i re ly developed and created by the Panera i Manufacture. The balance, sol id ly f ixed by a br idge with twin supports, osci l lates at a f requency of 28,800 v ibrat ions per hour (4 Hz) and i t is f i t ted with the dev ice which stops the movement as soon as the winding crown is pul led out, so that the watch can be precise ly synchronised with a reference s ignal . As wel l as th is, the hour hand can be convenient ly adjusted without inter fer ing with the movement of the minute hand, by means of the dev ice which moves i t d i rect ly forward or backward in jumps of one hour.
