Registration Policy

&

Procedures

Registration of Participants• Registration of participants must be made through Pahang Skills website; www.pahangskills.gov.my – Short Course

Online Application Form at least 10 working days before the commencement date of training programme.

Confirmation• Pahang Skills will inform all confirmed participants about the details of the training programme through e-mail by

our sales consultants at least 5 working days before the training is scheduled to start.

• The program implementation shall only starts if number of participants are sufficients to be run.

• Date of training shall be subject to change.

• Our sales consultants shall notify our customer in advance to avoid any circumstances arise to the customer.

Payment• Full payment shall be made before or on the training date to avoid any restriction to the course. All payments shall

be made in Malaysian Ringgit.

• Payment can be made by bank drafts or telegraphic transfers.

• All EFT/IBG/RENTAS/TT/Cheque deposit/bank drafts shall be made payable to PAHANG SKILLS

Cancellation• For any cancellation the PIC/participant(s)/organization shall inform PAHANG SKILLS in writing / or email no less than

five (5) working days of scheduled training date, otherwise the PIC/participant(s)/organization shall pay PAHANG SKILLS

the full amount as stated in the confirmation letter or invoice.

• Registered participant who is unable to attend the training may nominate a substitute at no-charge. Details of substitute

shall be provided via email to our sales consultant at least one (1) day before training.

• If the cancellation is iniated by PAHANG SKILLS, full refund of all payments shall be made or registered participants shall

be offered to transfer to the same course on the new planned dates.

Group Discount• Programmes listed under PAHANG SKILLS Training Calendar are subject to the following group discount:

> 3-4 participants from the same organization, registered for the same training programme ( date and course ) – 5% discount

per participant.

> 5 participants or more from the same organization, registered for the same training programme ( date and course ) – 10% discount

per participant.

• Group discount is not valid during any promotional period.

Public Training Programme Package• The training course fees are inclusive of the following:

> certificates, course notes, 3 meals ( morning tea break, lunch and afternoon tea break )

> the certificate is awarded only if the participants attends and participates in at least 80% of the training programe

modules.

> participants who attended for any professional or competency training programme must fullfill to the rules and

regulations sets by the related certification bodies of the said programme

Grant under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad• Company registered with the PSMB may claim 100% of the course fees from the PSMB’s Schemes under SBL.

• PAHANG SKILLS is registered as one of the training provider under PSMB ( No. Siri : KERAJAAN 0340 )
