In 1992, Roland Klein founded the inno-tech Verpackungsma sch i-nen Corporation with a staff of 10 employees. The company dis-covered the ideal accommodation in Holzheim, part of Pohlheim.

The spacious grounds have enabled us to carry out success-fully all production-oriented modifications and extensions that were necessary due to permanent expansion.

Already in summer 1993, a second type of machine, the inno-tech 2500 was added to our product range. This machine was conceived especially for a high performance in a range of small bag formats. Over the years more types of machines followed, so that today a very large range is covered.

Thanks to the modular housing construction concept of the installations, the innovative horizontal jaws drive and not least the microprocessor control, the inno-tech packaging machines have taken their place in the market quickly.

Till this day, the user-friendly application, the low mainte-nance costs and the extreme flexibility of use are represen-tative for the assets of our products.

In autumn 1993, the in-house construction of format shoul-ders was started, which has been extended continuously according to the individual requirements of our clients.

By employing industrial PC with touch screen, the inno-tech packaging machines have procured a respectable market position worldwide. The REVO series is the consequential evolution of the previous models. The benefits of each type of machine, working either in intermittent or continu-ous mode, are summarized in the REVO series. This series is complemented by the horizontal sealing machine HVM which can produce block bottom bags with various head closures.

From the first day, client service has been put first in our philosophy. For decades, availability day and night, fast dis-posability of spare parts, competent consulting and after-sales support have contributed to the continuous success. More than 65 employees and more than 1,500 installations worldwide give a convincing proof of this.

has led to the modern and innovative machine concept

of the REVO generation.

This concept that is strictly user-oriented and conceived for maximum flexibility

provides customized solutions even for uncommon requirements.

High quality of welding/sealing seams by virtue of a drive that is reduced in weight and mass, flexible adaptation of construction height as well as innovative control system solutions are some of the significant advantages of the REVO machine concept.

The modular machine construction allows a consistent adap-tation to almost any requirement, in the lower as well as in the upper performance level.

The use of high quality materials and components from re putable suppliers as well as a rock-solid machine structure targeted on high availability are guarantees of the high quality of our products.

The development of the REVO Series aimed at a maximum flexibility regarding the variety of possible bag versions.

Constantly changing requirements of marketing relating to various bag formations require a bag maker machine concept which allows the production of most varying bag types and sizes with very short setup time.

An essential feature of all inno-tech bag maker machines is their high flexibility.

Thanks to the specific reduc-tion of the moving masses we have succeeded in setting new standards in terms of perform-ance. Innovative welding and sealing tools – also with ultra-sound if required – enable the processing of different films.

Besides the REVO machines working in intermittent mode we also offer the REVO S series for continuous mode. They are predestined for the use in high performance range but can also be operated optionally in intermittent mode.

The combination of a horizontal bag closing machine HVM with integrated REVO bag maker(s) allows a multitude of bag types. Thus, the packaging can be adapted to changing marketing requirements without much effort.

The bags are filled either by the forming tube of the bag maker(s) or directly at the downstream HVM closing line. Thus, the machine can easily be adapted to most different products. Powder products can be packaged almost dust free, and fragile products can be carefully passed directly from the weigher into the waiting prefabricated tubular bag. The num-ber and type of the functional modules are dependent on the customer-specific requirements.

The HVM basically disposes of a vibration module and a sealing module for the bag head. Additional modules are available for head folding by 90°, head folding by 270°, head labeling, back labeling, hot glue, clip closure (with

wire or plastic clip) and various dosing and feeding modules. Servo drives allow very short setup times. The corresponding control parameters are stored in the Industrial PC control with 300 programs (optional up to 1,000) and can be accessed via the color touch screen on the HVM.

Besides high-performance packaging machines, we also offer additional accessories, such as volumetric dosing systems.

DOSING SYSTEMSVOLUMETRIC AND GRAVIMETRIC

inno-tech screw feeders are used for precise dosing of a variety of powdery and fine granulated products. The servo- motor screw drive and the separately driven stirring unit in the hopper ensure maximum weight accuracy. The two-part metering funnel allows for quick and easy cleaning by quick access to the “guts”. Depending on the filling and packaging machine, the screw feeder has an autarkic SPS control with separate display or is integrated in the control of the packag-ing machine.
