ABOUT TEAMWORK Overview

TeamWork® is a simple, intuitive AV collaboration system from Extron, a leading manufacturer of AV interfacing, switching, and control products. TeamWork Collaboration Systems draw from the breadth and depth of the Extron product line, known around the world for reliability, ease of use, and low cost of ownership. TeamWork is fully customizable and can be tailored to your precise requirements. CREATE A CUSTOM TEAMWORK SYSTEM IN THREE EASY STEPS The online TeamWork System Builder quickly steps you through the creation of a custom TeamWork system. Choose from a wide range of Extron products to select the switcher, enclosure and “Show Me” cables or Retractors, and IP Link® control processor that are best suited for your collaboration environment.

PRE-CONFIGURED TEAMWORK PACKAGESThree pre-configured TeamWork system packages are also available for fast installation with minimal setup, to fit common collaboration needs.

TeamWork 400, TeamWork 600, and TeamWork 601 are pre-configured collaboration systems for four to six users. TeamWork 400 supports four digital sources and includes four HDMI “Show Me” cables. TeamWork 600 supports six digital sources and includes six HDMI “Show Me” cables. TeamWork 601 supports four digital and two analog sources, and includes four HDMI and two VGA “Show Me” cables. All pre-configured packages also include a TeamWork switcher, system controller, Cable Cubby enclosure, and all necessary system cables.

TeamWork VGA Kit adds support for legacy analog computer sources to TeamWork 400 and TeamWork 600 System packages. Includes one VGA “Show Me” cable, a factory-optimized analog-to-digital converter, and one HDMI cable.

Extron offers a wide range of digital, digital/

analog, and scaling switchers that are ideal

for use in a TeamWork system. Switchers are

available with two to eight inputs, and a mix of

input types, to support all common collaboration

requirements.

Integrate TeamWork into any furniture system

using Cable Cubby enclosures and Table Mount

Kits. Available in varying sizes and finishes, Cable

Cubby furniture-mountable enclosures place

“Show Me” cables, AC power, and other system

connectivity within easy reach. Also, TeamWork

“Show Me” cables and Retractors can be mixed

and matched for easy system connectivity.

Extron IP Link control processors support all

common control methods, including serial, IR,

relay, and Ethernet to suit your collaboration room

needs. AC power controllers are also available.

Extron device drivers are available for use with

the IP Link configurable control processor, and

are free for download at www.extron.com/drivers.

HYBRID DIGITAL/ANALOG COLLABORATION SYSTEM

Complete packages available – Pre-configured packages are available for fast, easy implementation. These complete packages include all the necessary system components and cables, and are engineered to work out of the box, with minimal setup required.

Easy to use – TeamWork system operation is simple and intuitive. Simply connect a “Show Me” cable to your laptop or tablet, and press the “Share” button to display your desktop. As soon as an active signal is detected, the display will be powered on. When done, disconnect and walk away.

Secure – TeamWork collaboration sessions are safe and secure. The hard-wired signal path protects sensitive content from remote monitoring by radio scanners or other electronic means. Content shared within a TeamWork system is available only to those team members authorized to see it.

Easy to own – TeamWork systems are designed for low cost of ownership in high-demand environments. System components are designed for long life and energy efficiency. TeamWork power supplies, for example, meet the Level V standard for energy efficiency with an MTBF - Mean Time Between Failure of more than 1,000,000 hours.
