Our supported living accommodation, provided with the specific aim of promoting independence.

Each dwelling is totally independent, with its own bathroom, kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Thedwellings are fully furnished with modern standard furniture, full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and bedding.

All our dwellings have suitable floor coverings to all rooms hall and stairway, suitable curtains / blinds to all windows, suitable lamp shades or appropriate light fittings, outside washing line, television aerial, smoke and fire alarms

Our aim is to empower the young persons to be individually responsible for their own environment and lifestyle.

We aim to teach young people life skills such as:Social life and Recreational skillsAccessing training and educational skillsPersonal hygiene | Booking for Holidays and Supporting on Holiday | Accessing welfare benefits | Maintaining their tenanciesEnsuring bills such as rent, debts, gas, electricity, water are paid.

24/7 Support UK Ltd is a crisis intervention independent living support service for young peoplewho have experienced a crisis, family breakdown and other life challenges.

Our person centeredapproaches consist of dedicated 24hour/7 days a week staffed accommodation for young peopleaged 1618. With exceptional arrangements with placing local authorities we can offeraccommodation to under 16yearold or over 18 year olds.

We support Young Offenders, YoungPeople with behaviour issues, Unaccompanied young asylum seekers, Young people withlearning disabilities and complex needs, Vulnerable young people who would have gone through abuse of different types.

We enable young people to develop essential skills required to achieve independence and drive up maturity through giving them space they need to reflect upon previous incidents, behaviours, actions and consequences, enabling young people to release old behaviours and adopt a new positive perception to living.

We operate a key worker/mentor system within

all our independent support services. A dedicated staff team is supported and managed by The Service Managers.

This is to: • Provide a person centred support approach through named keyworker / mentor, with whom the young person will have the opportunity to develop an appropriate working relationship.

• To enable a consistent approach.

• To ensure that the young person’s information is collected and collated so as to accurately reflect the up to date therapeutic support needs of the young person, within the relevant person centred plans. So that appropriate and informed decisions can be made by the young person, or certainly other professionals involved, and positively contribute to the young person’s constant reviews.
