FAE had spent the past few years learning the “trick of the trade “in servicing Chinese Built Caterpillar Base Hydraulic Bore Pile Rig.
It was until 2010, FAE decided to co-operation with OSAINT Heavy Industries and brand its Fleet of Hydraulic Bore Pile Rig as FAR series. Through an European R&D Institute, modern design and quality are ensured.
The FAR series of Hydraulic Bore Pile Rig is different from the rest of the Chinese Build Rig in terms of the material selected for the vital working parts, the add-ons on the rotary head to enhance fullest service Life of the rig.
FAR SERIES HYDRAULIC BORE PILE RIG
The Mast is built using the careful selection of material and with CAD designed re-enforced with HIGHTENSILE Structure boxed in.
The Tri-Axis Arrangement of the mast systems enables a very user friendly parallelogram set-up that can be rig up and ready for work within few tenth minutes.
MAST HYDRAULIC BORE PILE RIGBASE UNIT FOR FAR SERIES
The turret of the base unit is Caterpillar made and we have various sizes and capacities to suit your requirement.
Versatility of the undercarriage is fully enhance with an width-Extendable setup for both transportation mode and working mode.
The undercarriage is nonetheless the famous Transmittal Make type that has long proven history in building rugged, versatile and useful undercarriage.
ROTARY-HEAD
All rotary heads look the same externally; FAR series of Hydraulic Bore Pile Rig Rotary Heads have one of the toughest pinion joint with careful material selection during the building process.
Extra cushions are installed in the rotary head system to reduce damage during accidental fall of Kelly bars onto the drive-flange during the kellybar up lift process.
THE KELLYBAR
The kellybars are built from reknown fabricators such from either Europe or China.
FAR series of Hydraulic Bore Pile Rig has a very stringent control of material selected for the fabrication of its kellybars.
The Chromium –Moly content is ensured to be at the optimum ratio when selecting the material.
Welding Procedures are followed strictly and supervised with the highest standard possible.
The option of Non- winch Rotation when lowering the kellybar with or without tools is now available. This prevents the kellybar wire rope from messing upon the winch. This ensures the wire rope is always arranged in a neat & tidy manner.
