THE MUSE

The girl who always looks up at stars, wishing upon them to put her pieces back together each time they

get shattered again. The girl who takes a last long breathe, convinces herself to hold on for one more

season maybe for a whole lifetime until things get better. Until she gets her dreams back, until she lives

her dreams again. The girl who buys a new shade of lipstick every other week hoping the mole on her

cheek will look fine with this hue. The girl who rebels while accepting her destiny. The girl who is a

piece of irony herself. The girl who can never be a wannabe and still wants to change the way she exists.

The girl who thinks about everything till she is too tired and falls asleep. The girl who believes that

every second of a day is a new hope. The girl who also believes in ends more than beginnings. The girl

who wants to talk through songs. The girl who wants magic yet another reality to finally live in. The

girl who yearns for life more than her mere existence.

THE DECADE (2010-2019)

Something like all the time in the world, a period of the ten miscellaneous years of life. Starting with

the commonwealth games conduction by us in 2010. Then, the winning of the ICC World Cup’2011

for the second time, in the history. It was followed by winning of 6 medals in the London

Olympics’2012. The Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM), was successfully launched into low Earth orbit by

ISRO in 2013. Next year, led to introduction of the new Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi in

2014. The Digital India Mission’2015 tagged along. Jangaon district was formed in Telangana in 2016.

Goods and service tax came into force in 2017 with India Mobile Congress formed in 2018. And in the

end, Article 370 was revoked from Constitution of India and Citizenship (Amendment) Act,

2019 passed by the Parliament of India.

It was indeed a fully loaded decade including a number of achievements for the Nation and brought a

lot of lessons for everyone.

WHY CONSTANTTTT!!!!!!

Incredible India!, Incredible food! Today's world is dynamic, so are the humans. We love variability,

exposure, trying on new things. Cuisine changes over a kilometre here. There is huge difference in taste

from North to South, .to East to West, in India. All this is because of the spices. Even the spices of India

are incredible. Spices are different, in colour, in taste, in texture. Different food for different mood,

gives different relief and satisfaction. When it comes to desserts, it may different in its all aspects, but

it's sweet in taste. Desserts work on a same, subtle, alike plateau. Desserts are my constant. I may go

for all cuisine, enjoy them all. Because it's a blessing in itself to taste those incredible food and enjoy

them. But my relief, my satisfaction, my inspiration, my mood booster, my tummy booster is my

desserts of all kind and of every cuisine. Yes, I call desserts mine. They are my constant. What's your

constant???

ALARM OF NATURE

For months now, Australia has been engulfed in flames. Bushfires currently cover portions of four of

the country's six states—an area roughly the size of the entire country of Belgium. Since September,

they've scorched millions of acres of land, destroyed thousands of homes, and forced residents and

tourists to evacuate en masse (at times to their only available refuge: the water). They've produced

enough smoke to make air quality in the capital of Canberra worse than any other major city in the

world. They've claimed the lives of 18 people, and an estimated half billion animals. And apparently,

they've just been getting started; the record-breaking fire season is only expected to get worse.

If all that's news to you, well, you're not alone. The lack of awareness about the disaster is astonishing—

particularly given the scope of the destruction. Blame the normalization of natural disasters or the ever-

changing news cycle, but until recently the public seemed largely unaware of the ongoing disaster,

which is all the more striking given its scope. Even for a government that's no stranger to climate change

denial, the degree to which top Australian politicians have downplayed the situation has come as

something of a shock.

The silence of celebrities in particular stands in stark contrast with their repeated responses to recent

(and much smaller scale) fires in California: calls to action and outpourings of support. "Water or

firefighters? We need that right now. Or money? Farmers and people who lost homes & loved ones

need money too," one Twitter user responded.
