What I study in?It`s a research about when we know the war will begin in anytime at our home than how to live and save people in the hardest condition and keep

finding a good way for better living quality in our future. It`s a very long program even study it for half year or one year or more it still is a prototype or

concept. But if no one research and INTEGRATE on it. After the disaster,we never know what to do and how to do.

Added ValueIt`s a training of integrate time,environment,people,health,eco,engineering,limited resource ... lots of information need to be collected and decide

factor to control any elements from big to small issue.

Administration of the SystemThis part have supreme command during

the program running. And it also protect

most of objects about culture,technology,

bioinformatics and national archives.

First Food ProviderAs a transition food provider, it hided lots of

granary and food storage in the mountain

jungle area. It also produce food in the area

without nuclear pollution or collect fromother place.

First Part of the SystemUnderground Metro System can be

extend more space and insert some

important temporary facilities like

filtrate system,power supply,hospital,

food storage,defence gate and more.

Most Power ProviderOne of the most important part of this

project, they hide geothermal turbines near

the river side and build some fake generator

as bait.All the cable are underground to

supply the construction area and Ilan area.

Core of Oriental HermitIt`s a last part of the project. We will keep

migrating people when the first unit be build.

It`s another issue about the way to build this

building. It need to think about engineering,

ecology,transportation,safty and more.

Second Food ProviderThis floating field need high technology to

make it automatic and have a capability of

self-healing. Prevent salt damage to get

water and need to defence typhoon,fallout.

Even though it`s very hard to build but it`s

necessary.

All of the geothermal power equipments are hidden underground. And theexhaust are transport to the fake site as bait. When SIPC is under attack

(Fake) all power plants will stop until enemy stop attacking.

Most of SIPC and SIFC section are similar. Because it`s a easy way for

defense fallout at outdoor space. But the power plant will produce lots of

heat,it will influence life environment.

The produce will support the factory,construction and airport. So it need to

be build in early time.

The plan are divide in six main part. Taipei Metro City Net , New Syueshan

Tunnel , South Ilan Wenlong Geothermal Power Underground Complex , South

lan Mountain Range Field Complex , North Ilan Toucheng Traffic and Farm

Complex , North Ilan OTEC Power and Aquatic City Complex. Most of people are

ive in the last part of the project.

The last part as know as NIPC that power station is for people`s livelihood. And

most important job is produce power,freshwater and clean air. It`s many huge

owers under the ocean the geothermal pipe through the Okinawa Basin and collect

he cold water at 800~1000 meters deep. That power station also as a foundation

and balancer for floating city complex upside or under ocean. A big part of

esidential area are under the ocean near the Gueishan Island. They use many

anchors and a function as submarine to control the postion for getting sun light and

hide themself.

NIPC just like a nation protect by many huge floating shells. The shells are

onnect by rapid transit net. The shell under NIPC is combine by a huge steel pipe

net and reef rock with concrete it can save buildnig material also produce a good

nvironment for marine organisms. Inside the shell is damp layer. It protect NIPC

rom huge shock force. It`s also a function for input or output the water for let unit

go up and down.

More deep inside is living layer. It separate in many level, the first level is life-

upport system. There is lots of tanks and storage the clean water,bio

uel,oxygen,salt also electricity. They recycle any can be reuse resource and make it

usable.The second level is factory,worker dormitory and some storage for products.

The factory area must have one part though the any upside level to port to export

he products. And third level is pubilc function area such like plaza,library,post

office,concert hall, government agencies and some play count. The forth level and

other upside level is residential,commercial and office area that all arranged in

actinomorphous. All the building are use mega structure to connect and add more

omposed intensity. The structure make big space for people follow the rule to build

heir house or shop.

The cover of NIPC have a ring town below the roof. There have command post,radar, signal light and military area. As a head of unit, they have a lab for observing radioactive dust concentration or other polluction to decide when to open the roof gate for have

un light and fresh air. When the gate closed the optical fiber is the main light source for the sky of city. It`s also have a backup light source on the center

of the roof. The cover was made by dimensional truss and have many layer connected like skin.It`s very thick can defense a certain degree of explosion or natural disasters. The edge of cover have inductor to control water surface hight.

n the first step of NIPC program is to build a factory in west of Kueishan Island. It need a heavy concrete wall to divide ocean water. Just like shipbuilding field. But the gate is made by the huge plastic box and full of water and there is a thin concrete gate. Whenhe NIPC unit is finish. Pump out the water from plastic box in the same time input the ocean water to factory let it floating on the water until the water level is at same position the gate will open. Use many tugboat to tow the unit out slowly.Next step is test all the

unction and defense test should be pass in the 7~8km from the I lan coastline. At that time also can build and test the wave power system to weak the waves make NIPC more stable and safety. Third step is trasporting people to the NIPC at Ilan tested group. Most of

hem can hide under the ocean and live without polluted land,air and water. Maybe it still a little dark inside but it`s more safety and comfortable. Especially the world is in a nuclear winter condition.

The last step called Oriental Hermit. It need to build the OTEC tower under ocean at the Okinawa Basin and tow the NIPC unit to link the power plants to complete all program and really make the city can be functional and isolate.

The NIFC was created for producing food such like rice,wheat,corn and vagetable. It`s a wide area above of the sea level and also a fully automated and restricted area. The farmland was from by lots of long and close box units and they can purify the water from

he sea even capture some minerals for the crop. They use the soilless tec to plant the corp. The system can recycle the water to irrigation and give nutrient and the system use the wave power and ocean current power system to support the automation equipment.

Most of power are using on the constant temperature and humidity system,harvesters and pumps. NIFC need use gravity and save space to improve the power usage.

There still have some part of NIFC unit at Ilan. Most of them are support the SI part food require and test the soilless benefit. But we need the NIFC floating because that need to support the NIPC program. The huge corp transportation could be a problem.

Pixy was a very high density harbour city and it`s assemble by many different kind of ships or boat. It`s between ice and ocean. So

the ship is the only way to l ink other place. There always have lots of cloud and strong wind around out side of city.It make the sky

top of the city like a indigo hole. People believe that is self-healing of nature after the ruinous disaster.

If you watching the city from a far side it will looks l ike a huge mountain cover by snow and have thousands of sapphire scattered on

the mountain.

If you stand on the ice field it will just looks l ike a normal mountain near the city. Why people paint the building or ship in white

color. Some old sailor said hundreds of years ago. Human want to find a place can`t not be found by invader from the sky. They

painted the ship like a iceberg floating on the ocean.

Pixy don`t have a clear entrance of city. Every dock is the entrance of the

city.

When you are walking on the street near the coastline. That will feel

like you are walking in the Venice but made by steel and copper. If you

feel cool or blue on the deck at coastline. You can find a stair go down

into the body of ship. There have many wide space made by disaster or

weapon and there usually have some fishmongers, newsstand,

playground, people are chatting near the barbecue stall, children may

running in the gangway under your feet,many high wattage bulbs

hanging on the complex pipeline everywhere. But there still have some

outdoor place make people feel warm and peaceful. In Pixy, people like

make the swimming pool on cruise ship use as church or temple. Even

some religion held a ceremony in the warm water.

When you walk into the city you will discover that people build lots of platform between ships or on the ocean. Farm or warm house

always on the top of the ship and radar tower may appear at the central of the wheat field. Sometimes you may see children play

baseball or soccer on the harvested field. Rusted wind measurement keep rotating by the cool north wind. Sometime you will feel

the warm wind on the roof by a great sunny day.

If you get into the central of the city. The form of ship is disappear. Many additional building stand on the platform or extended

tower. There is too many bridge on the up side and blocking most of sun light so they never turn off the light on the street. Most of

manufacturing and industry are hidden inside this area. But if you going up you will see lots of luxury shopping street, hotel,

residential and institution of higher education.

Between this two world is the administrative bodies and living resource center. It just near the pilothouse of a freighter and there is

a wide park front of the pilothouse. The precious soil covered all of the deck and breed a small food chain cycle. The park just like

heaven inside a towering canyon. Bird shuttle in the light. In early morning there often covered by mist and downy sun light.

Climbing up to the top of the Pixy, you can see many airship or glider under your feet.

Most of tower is the port of airship as the quick access of another town or city. Even this day, people still like have dinner with nice

view. So you can see most of the tower top near the city hall are restaurant. For the restaurant, the structure are extend to a very

extreme degree. Look down to the city,it`s just looks l ike a huge net in a unspeakable rhythm.

Pixy is called as Doomsday Fortress by most of foreigner. But nowadays, people in Pixy are l iving safety and satisfy.
