Overall organisational model
• A consistent and robust organisational model with clear division of work and responsibility based on department structure
• All departments supporting Darfur programme with crosscutting dedicated functions based on needs identified by the Darfur programme management. Dedicated functions replaces the previous Darfur Programme Support Unit
• Multiple lines of support and communication between NCA Khartoum and Darfur programme
• Darfur programme will have a dedicated focal point at NCA Khartoum office: main responsible for support functions at NCA Khartoum and coordination
• Dedicated functions may also be assigned for partner support/ODCB• The need for dedicated functions will vary and the organisational model
must accommodate for scale-up/scale down (flexibility)
