The OKS Certificates brings together International partici-pants from various industries. Participants will work in small groups to support dialogue and reflection during the course of the workshop. Social learning will play an important role in this workshop.

Debriefing sessions will be held regularly throughout the course to provide an opportunity for active reflection on the workshop, progression and facilitation process. Debriefing sessions will include:

A Survey will be conducted at the end of the workshop to capture achievement towards the learning objectives. Survey questions will be designed to solicit feedback on the work-shops’ content and process as well as facilitation style and methodology.

As a final project to demonstrate their learning, participants will develop a plan to incorporate the OKS process and tools in their respective organizations. These will be presented on the last day of the workshop.

This 3-day certificate program is run as a workshop which covers the first 5 elements of the OKS Framework neces-sary to develop an enabling environment for Organizational Knowledge Sharing:

1. Leadership and Culture2. Governance, Skills and Systems3. Financing4. Partnerships5. Monitoring and Evaluation

By its nature, it targets more strategical and planning issues. Even though this framework was developed by the World Bank and is related to the field of development, it is relevant to any sector (i.e., Business, Government, Academia, Military, etc.)

The Knowledge Strategy Certificate program is a part of a series of 3 independent certificates programs centered around the World Bank Organizational Knowledge Sharing (OKS) approach and tools.
