Complete the fields slowly and accurately. Errors will slow down the process.

Select Hard Copy from the PDF or Hard Copy drop down menu. You will receive both a PDF and a hard copy. If you already have a PDF, you may choose only Hard Copy. The minimum order is 10 books at $10 each.

Answer the Anti-Spam Question and click Submit.

If your information is incomplete, you will receive a message detailing the omissions. Add them and click Submit again.

You will see a confirmation message on the screen.

You will receive a confirmation email reminding you to submit your profile picture if you haven’t already done so. Copies will generally be ready within seven business days. If your company is new to Top of Mind, the book may be delayed pending approval of the Presentation Book template.
